If you want to hire someone with no integrity, who doesn’t pay other contractors the money he owes them, then Frank is your guy. Frank will take your money and give you a timeline, but then won’t stick to it. He took our deposit in October of last year and told us it would only take two weeks to finish the project. It took A LOT longer than that. There were weather delays, but also his vacations and “out of town projects”. Because he didn’t build our pergola before the artificial turf was installed, he had to tear up the turf. He still hasn’t paid the contractor for the re-installation of the turf, although we paid him the final payment for his work in March of this year. (That’s how long it took him to get around to finishing the project.) The artificial turf contractor billed him and he has told them several times that he would send a check. He has not done so, so the contractor has reached out to me to ask Frank to send them the money. Frank asks for payment in advance, yet he won’t pay another contractor the money he has owed them since earlier this year. So pathetic.

We contracted with CGG to remodel our kitchen and Bathroom. From the start, Frank our contractor was transparent with cost, time to completion, options to save cost, timelines during project and scope of work. He provided weekly update and was easily accessible. We are very happy with the final result and overall pleasant experience. We will definitely utilize his team again for future projects.

CGG delivered on the promises made on their site. These guys get the job done ! They showed up on time for our meeting, with enthusiasm and ideas. Their estimate covered what we had discussed, which was a new wood deck and stone patio beyond. Frank and his team envisioned and built a better deck than anything in my dreams. The job was completed on schedule and on budget. I have been burned in the past with home projects by other contractors and I was apprehensive, but Frank and the guys have shown me the face of a contractor with integrity and imagination.
