I cannot rave enough about the owner,Tom, of this company. We had replaced a flooring that got water damaged that he had originally done years ago. We were so satisfied then, that we naturally turned to him for our new wood floors. Unfortunately, there was some kind of defect in the way our new floors were manufactured and even after independent testing and verification that it was the floor product at fault, the manufacturer would not stand behind it. Throughout this process, Tom kept reassuring us that he would make it right no matter what the testing revealed. Well, at a great cost to him, he replace all our flooring at no charge to us. His integrity as a businessman and obviously as a person, is beyond reproach. He took care of moving everything out and back, adjusting anything that needed o be adjusted, etc., without ever once acting like he was doing us a favor. It is one thing to stand behind an installation, it is another thing to personally foot the bill for what the manufacturer should have been taking care of. The installer, Alex, was an absolute pleasure, doing a beautiful job and always so willing to make sure everything was perfect. It is so unusual to find a business today that really knows what customer service is. Floor Specialists should be your place to entrust your home or business flooring needs to.

Had my entire home redone. From the moment I walked into the store, until the project was completed, I had wonderful sales people who helped me select flooring, and quickly had it in stock. Great communication throughout. The installer, Javier, was clean, neat, helpful and thorough. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to hold up installation for a few weeks and they couldn’t have been nicer about rescheduling and immediately getting the job completed. Love my floors and this was truly a great group of professionals who I had the pleasure to work with!

I have used Floor Specialist for 10 years to meet all my client's needs. As a designer, it is important that I find a great selection of product at a good price. I can always trust Tom to provide what I need and do an excellent job at installing it. Tom is a one-stop-shop for all your flooring needs. They especially have a very good selection of vinyl flooring, which is becoming the hottest trend. Floor specialist recently installed vinyl flooring for a townhouse I designed in the industrial style. The client and everyone who has seen the house loves this floor!

Tom and his staff did a wonderful job. He was great with the customer helping picking out the flooring. The demo was done as asked with minimum dust through out the house. They remove all debrey at a timely matter as they worked. The job started and finished on the time schedule that was given. The house was left in a completed state and clean. I will use them again.

We remodeled our home and decided to go with hardwood floors from the Floor Specialists. It was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. They are extremely knowledgeable and 100% professional. They did an amazing job of laying all the flooring throughout our home. They were right on schedule and cleaned up throughout the project.

we were happy with their work on our wood floor throughout our home (every room except the bathrooms!) they installed the original floors but most recently sanded and refinished all the original wood floors. Tom is also a pleasure to deal with!

They were great great price and service, but recommended a product that was not compatible with our requests. We were worried about pet accidents seeping between laminate planks and were told it would not be a problem. It wasn't a week before our new floor started to bubble. They have not returned our call.

My experience with Floor Specialists could not have been better. From the broad selection of flooring, the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the incredible pride and high quality of the work by the installers to the reliable service and them keeping appointments, and attention to every detail, the whole project was a pleasure without any stress. They have installed wood flooring as well as carpet more than once. They are still responsive to questions after the sale is done. I feel like I made new friends, not just a customer. This was proven when my washing machine flooded an area and I called them. They not only personally came to help, but brought a flood damage expert to help address the problem.

We contracted with Floor Specialists to do our Master Bedroom and they did such a great job that we had them come back to do 2 additional rooms. Great job to Tom and his team!

They replaced the aging shag carpet in several of our bedrooms with a high quality engineered wood flooring system. They were very helpful during the process, letting us schlep home a dozen or so floor samples so we could see them in their future setting. Installation went flawlessly. (We were out of town, and left them keys.) When the job was finished, they sent us pictures. They did a beautiful job, absolutely no mess or defects, and we love our new floors. I would highly recommend them

Floor Specialists was hired by our company to do the flooring, bathrooms and staircase in a 6000 SF home built by us. The main flooring as well as the bathrooms and staircase were marble. The bedrooms were Brazilian hardwood. Everything from the quote to the finished product was provided in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Any issues question or requests we may have had during the course of installation were addressed. The entire team was always personable, friendly and responsive.
