G Chada Design Studio

After building 3 different times, we took a chance on a major remodel of a 1960's ranch. We partnered with G Chada design, and we transformed that old, tired looking home into a beautiful, updated, and very functional home. Every visitior who comes to the home floods us with compliments on what we did to it. It is stunning, and we have G Chada to thank. It's also important to note that this project had many challenges with load support in order to attain our vision, and there was a need for some tricky solutions. All of which were executed flawlessly. Gary stayed thoroutghly engaged in the entire process with us and delivered beyond expectations.

He has a creative gift that allows him to deliver both functionality and beauty. We now have windows on both floors that take in a great view from every angle. Gary Chada did a wonderful job of helping us design a kitchen renovation that provided a perfect solution to our entranceway and kitchen layout issues. We maximized our floor space and our storage space, which has given me a wonderful dining room with island for entertaining. Gary measured, listened to our needs and gave us multiple options and iterations. The design cost came in below our budget! We did the project management and a majority of the construction ourselves, which we couldn't have done without the design Gary helped us create!

We hired Gary for our laundry addition to our 2nd floor deck on our house. His ideas and drawings were great and work perfect with our old farm house. So far the addition looks like it was always part of the house. I can't wait for the work to be done. Thank you Gary for the great designs.

We purchased a 1950's ranch home which was very dated. Out plan was take out some walls, move some doorways, etc. to create and open concept between the kitchen, living room and dining room. We had ideas on what we wanted, but were unsure if the layout would be possible or practical. We hired Gary to do a floor plan based on our ideas and asked for his input on the layout of the space. After viewing and measuring our home Gary shared his ideas on how he in visioned the space should be designed. He gave us options we had not even considered. We went with his plan and are very pleased we did. Gary also helped up with the lighting plan which made it so much easier when working with the electrical contractor. I would highly recommend Gary for your project!

We recently worked with G Chada Studios on an addition and remodel of our 1900 lake home. We could not have been happier. Gary Chada helped us through the approval process with the village, and everything turned out just as we had hoped. In fact, we have retained Gary to design the remodel of our coach house as well. We are extremely pleased with his plan. Gary is exceptionally easy to work with--and his professional fees are more than fair.

Gary did a great job of creating a design that can be built within the customer's budget and still look nice. He also did the work within a timely manner as requested.

Gary Chada delivered great results for the design of our 2nd level remodel. We had thought there wasn't a way to add a bathroom and better closet space within our existing footprint. But Gary was able to create a great solution that fits the space and our style, while saving us the expense of adding a dormer. He went above and beyond to hear our needs and attend to details. Very satisfied with the remodel of our lake cape cod home. We were were working within four existing outside walls and basement and added a garage, four season room and nice second floor bath and bedroom area. Gary was very thorough in his calculation of weight bearing walls, and our final project gave us an impressive lake view from the moment you walked in the door. We found him very easy to deal with and mindful of our budget limits for our "retirement cottage"!!

We hired G Chada to redesign a 1960's ranch house for us. He turned it into an open concept family space, gave us a master suite and added a bedroom/den in the basement with a large window and walk-in closet. The celestial windows he suggested for the great room are one of our favorite aspects of our home. His pricing turned out to be just what he had estimated in the beginning, even with the many changes we made along the way. We're thrilled with our "new" older home!
