The sales consultant (Danielle Pasaluko) was so helpful. She came on site several times just to ensure that everything was ok. Any issues that we raised were quickly addressed. The cabinets were delivered according to schedule however we weren't ready so they were patient with us. As soon as we advised that the location was ready for the install their installers were scheduled. The cabinets are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company

Our new kitchen looks amazing, with a huge thanks to Gem Cabinets! The Staff at GEM Cabinets were extremely knowledgeable and the work was completed quickly, efficiently and flawlessly. From my perspective, the process was basically broken down into “design”, “installation” and “Follow up”, each phase went very smoothly! Design: The designer was with us thru the entire process, frequently checking in to make sure that things were going per plan; tweaking as necessary and providing expert advice to ensure we had a design we could live with! Installation: The installer appeared to be a perfectionist and one of the hardest workers I have ever seen, exactly what you need for the most important room in the house! As I have an older house that is not quite level there were some major challenges, but the installers ability to envision the complete kitchen and explain options while installing enabled quick impromptu tweaks to the plan. Follow Up: The installer did such an amazing job I did not even realize that I needed follow up for some extra trim work and a quality check, but it was scheduled. The quality check was thorough and the extra trim work was completed quickly. If you need a new kitchen I would highly recommend Gem Cabinets!

We have been working with Kelwyn to design our kitchen. He has been fantastic with his knowledge and suggestions. Highly recommend making an apt with him. He is most likely going to also build our fireplace cabinets and mudroom.
