We had an excellent experience with Genuine. They guided us through the design process, which was based on our lifestyle and needs, and really made a project that could be stressful for most people, a very enjoyable, and relaxing process. Not only do we have an extremely functional kitchen area for our family now, it is breathtaking to visitors when they see how it has completely updated our home. The cost was very fair, and as mentioned there was much more support than just delivering a kitchen, it's a process, and the right people guiding us was critical. The schedule was maintained even when we may have changed our minds a few times. In the end we couldn't be happier with our kitchen, and know it was the professionalism, pride in workmanship, and experienced staff at Genuine that gave us a place in our home we absolutely love to share with friends and family. Genuine Kitchens were professional, fun to deal with and delivered a top quality kitchen which is beautiful and functional. We met in person numerous times, both in their Dartmouth headquarters and on site as the project got rolling. The price was on budget as promised, no surprises, and when a detail wasn't exactly what I expected (the location of the compost bin); it was modified to suit my requirements. The words "stunning" and "gorgeous" are repeated often by visitors to our home.
