Founded by Gerrit Frase in 2012, GF Architecture quickly established a reputation for architectural expertise and exceptional customer service. We had a great experience in working with Gerrit Frase. He listened to us and our needs/wants for a small house rehab. He brought us several options which were all inspired. We are very pleased with the resulting open, light-filled kitchen/dining/living space and the expanded bath and bedroom; all within a budget that we could live with.

This is so important, Gerrit has the ability to have a conversation and translate your thoughts into great design, I would recommend him to anyone who wants a project with a high quality standard. We purchased a 1970, abandoned ranch on Cape Cod that ended up needing significant repairs. It was a total gut. Gerrit provided us with plans that not only met the strict zoning laws here, but gave us our dream home. He is very talented and very easy to work with. We met several times over a 6 month period, where he listened attentively to all our ideas and concerns and came up with solutions to everything. The house is beautiful!
