Be leery of doing business with Glacier Landscape in Verona. While there are always two sides to a story, we believe this business is unreliable and unable to build relationships with their clients. When we confronted the owner of this company about our concerns, we were faced with defensiveness, excuses, lies about agreed to deadlines. We were abruptly abandoned and left with a breach of contract. Despite having a frank and open discussion at the onset of our business with the vice-president about our need for open communication, we struggled multiple times to get updates on scheduling. We tried to reconcile with the owner several times after the initial confrontation to only be told to not come to the business, that we had threatened their employees (we did not), not to call the business, and that our deposit would only be returned less any balance we currently owed on other contracts with Glacier – leaving us immediately with an incomplete project and no lawncare.

Dan (Project Manager) went out of his way on multiple occasions to correct problems with our brick patio. Dan was extremely accommodating and very easy and pleasant to communicate with and work with. He was a wealth of knowledge to tap into. Thumbs up for this amazing landscaping company!

Mark, Ben and their team did a beautiful job with planning and executing the demo of our old deck and installation of the new patio. In addition, they repaired part of our rock wall that needed some attention - excellent work! They were efficient, the work was done with a lot of care, and the cost was very reasonable. I would gladly recommend Glacier.

We contacted Mark Schessler at Glacier Landscape the day after the “great flood of 2018” as most of our foundation soil had been completely stripped away. Mark came out immediately and arranged repair within a few days even though they had many jobs in front of us. I would absolutely recommend Mark and Glacier be if you need any landscaping.

Fantastic experience hiring Glacier Landscape to create a flagstone patio for our backyard. Quote was competitive and straight-forward. Crew was courteous and very skilled, paying attention to details I hadn't even thought of. Project was delivered as quoted and completed before time frame promised. We had Glacier draw out our landscape plan for our swimming pool and landscaping. They also did the landscaping. They did a great job. We LOVE it!!!!

We had a patio put in with some steps and stepping stones. Glacier was wonderful to work with. They were prompt and professional. We had a little trouble at the end getting the last little bit finished up. They were very apologetic for taking so much extra time and offered me extra stepping stones for another area which I accepted. We love the results and will call them again for our next landscaping job.

Their wonderful landscape architect, Mark Schessler is a creative designer, who is knowledgeable about plants, and was on-site to insure proper installation. Mark took special care to provide accurate and clear plans and estimates so there were no surprises at the end of the project. We were very pleased with every aspect of this service!
