We couldn't be more pleased with the G Morris home building process and the craftsmanship of our new home! From start to finish, the team was so attentive and thorough. Brad helped us pick our lot in the very beginning and we are extremely grateful for his guidance from the get-go. We absolutely loved the incorporation of technology in the building process; their buildertrend website allowed us to log in to view photos and a real time timeline/calendar of the progress at any hour of the day. Brandi made the designing easy and ensured our selections worked in the space. Our project manager, Shawn, was very knowledgeable and always did his best to communicate with us -- very much appreciated! We are so happy to be in our beautiful, well-built home! We are so excited to be living in our home built by G. Morris Homes. We started construction in early 2016 and moved in in November. Brad, Shawn, Brandi and Brandy made the process so easy. There was constant communication keeping us updated. The selection process was very easy and the assistance from Brandi Hines was invaluable. This wonderful team is now a part of our family. I would (and will) highly recommend them.

Brad and his team at GMorris Homes were amazing. The house turned out just as we had hoped after seeing the quality craftsmanship that they provide. I say team because Brad has meticulously put together great people on his staff and the professionals he sends you to work with are amazing. Brad Morris of G Morris homes built an amazing specially adaptive home for my family and I. I utilize both a wheelchair and 2 full prosthetic legs with mechanical knees in this home. It must conform both to ADA and VA regulations. There were many special needs and requests that would be considered out of the ordinary for most new home construction, some were also out of the ordinary for ADA and VA requirements. Brad was always able to accommodate me; we made many changes on the fly and Brad made it all go smoothly while adhering to the building code. He was also clear with what wouldn't work, why, and would always provide an alternative solution. He made many insightful recommendations that I would have otherwise not thought of.. Brad maintained constant communication with me in every regard of the construction throughout the endeavor and always responded in a timely manner. The speed and level of efficiency that which he operates is unparalleled. That, in combination with the fluidity of operations he maintained throughout nearly seamless transitions of construction phases, enabled a rapidly built structure of fantastic quality completed both on time and under budget. Mr.Morris also demonstrated superior skill when coordinating his solid team of contractors. His careful attention to detail was not only phenomenal but paramount to his success in building this home. Brad, my fellow Marine, has created a stout family home that will stand the test of time. I intend for this home be passed on to my grandchildren and beyond. We are all eternally grateful and I highly recommend Brad Morris for any residential construction needs.
