Garcia & Hernandez provided us with construction drawings for a 5000 sq ft contemporary home. They were very easy to work with, extremely punctual with their work, listened to our wants and needs of the project, and help/assisted with making any suggestions that could improve the design. We were extremely pleased with their services, and will definitely be using them again for future projects needing construction drawings.

Erick has been of great help throughout this entire process of creating the floor plans of my dream home. Not only does Erick establish professionalism, he also is extremely knowledgeable in taking the necessary steps to complete your project. All my questions were answered and in a timely matter.

When planning our first home, my husband and I decided that we wanted to build a true custom home, one that was built to our needs and specifications. When we met Erick and Elton, from Garcia and Hernanez Custom Designs, we knew that they would be perfect for the job. They had experience designing multi-million dollar homes and were now going into business for themselves designing smaller, affordable, residential homes with the same detail they put into those million dollar homes. Erick and Elton had, by far, the most affordable prices and the detail in their designs far exceeded those of designers. We started the process by giving them a description of the style of house we wanted and a list of everything we required in the home. In 2 weeks, they had an elaborate design. Any changes we requested, they made immediately until we had a design that far exceeded what we had dreamed of for ourselves. We had elaborate arches and niches throughout the home, recessed ceilings in every room, columns, towers, balconies, a free floating staircase and so many other details that can only come with a true custom home! Once we started building, they made themselves available to walk the construction site periodically and ensure that everything was going according to specification. They also worked closely with our builder. Now, we are a month away from the completion of our first home, and I could not be more pleased with Erick and Elton. I've met several of their other clients all from different walks of life and different budgets, yet each one has nothing but good things to say about these designers. No matter how small or large your budget, these two can design something that you'll absolutely love! If your looking to design a custom home, give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

They provided plas for a custom home with beautiful ceilings and custom cabinets. They wer very easy to work with and showed professionalism throughout the process. Provided every details required to build a home. Took our ideas and then suggested very creative modifications to fit opur requirements. Extremely pleased with their attitude. We made several changes ove a period of 5 months, but they worked patiently with us and never pressured us for additional money.
