Grand Appliance and TV

I called twice today to speak with customer service about my oven which is in need of repair, and Matthew, the customer service agent i spoke with both times, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I needed help accessing my account, which was under our developer's name, and he did not attempt to troubleshoot at all. I was able to locate the info about my account and called back, only for him to tell me it was so outdated (9 years) that he "wouldn't even have a way to look it up." My wife had a similar experience over the phone with Grand a few weeks ago. what a horrible way to start the week. customer service is everything these days. I won't be using grand again.

Did not meet our expectations: Our range was purchased on December 8th, with the salesperson expressing hope that it "might" get on the truck from the warehouse in time to get to Verona on December 10th, but we all recognized that this was optimistic and planned for delivery on December 13th. Despite assurances that we would be updated on delivery, there was no communication from Grand until we called them late in the day on the 13th. Obviously, there was to be no delivery that day and we were told to expect it on the 15th and, again, there would be phone calls the night before. However, there was no call from Grand Appliance again, so I called them on the 15th. I was unable to reach the salesperson we purchased from, but I received apologies from an associate and assurances that delivery would be made on the 17th, again with phone calls. After no calls or delivery on the morning of the 17th, I drove to the store at mid-day and spoke to a sales associate who felt very bad, confirmed that the range really did exist and was sitting in Madison, and assured me that our salesperson would call as soon as she came back from lunch with delivery details. I did not receive a call until the evening of the 18th. The salesperson was very perfunctory, offered no apologies for the delays, and told me the range would arrive on the 20th. Finally, I did receive a scheduling call on the evening of the 19th and the range did arrive on the 20th. I wish I could report that the delivery went well. The installers did not know how to connect the supply line to the back of the range and had to video call for instructions, there are two small chips in the white porcelain on the side of the range, and I needed to level the range myself after they left, but at least we have a range. Obviously, this experience did not meet our expectations from Grand Appliance. We can understand some of the delays, but I cannot accept the total continued lack of communication on the delivery status. I had to initiate every contact and was repeatedly told dates that were not true.

I have had the worst experience with my very expensive GE 6 burner Chef line Gas range. I have h ad the lower drawer replace twice - still does not fit. And now, the oven itself doesnt work due to the fan being installed "cock-eyed" (not my word). I have contacted Ron Weatherly my salesman, who told me that they couldn't do anything about the problem. I purchased 3 high-end appliances from Grand.

I worked with Howard to get the right fridge picked out for our office space - he was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect fridge for the space. He was extremely quick with his response, knowledgable on different units available, and persistent with follow up so nothing fell through the cracks. The delivery team was quick and delivery was on time!

We refer all of our clients to Grand to purchase their appliances. Additionally, I have used them on my rental properties and my own home and been satisfied.

I have started using Grand Appliance for our new developments. I find their sales staff extremely knowledgeable on all appliance product lines and various programs for multiple unit purchases. Their pricing is competitive and deliveries are not only on time but their staff are true professionals.
