Our family needed more living space, so we hired Green California Builders to build a room addition connected to the back of the house. From the first consultation, they were honest, knowledgeable, and realistic about costs and timelines. The project included framing, electrical, flooring, drywall, and custom windows, and everything came together beautifully. I really liked how responsive the office and project crew were whenever we had concerns or wanted updates. The workers were polite and respectful of our property, which made a huge difference since we were living in the house during construction. The finished room looks amazing and completely changed the way we use our home now!

Green California Builders helped us remodel our basement and turn it into a rental unit for extra income. From permits to final finishes, they handled everything professionally and kept us updated. There were a few moments where we changed our minds on finishes, and they were patient and flexible with us. The workmanship was really good, especially the bathroom tile and flooring installation. Pricing was fair compared to others we spoke to. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, but these guys earned it!

We remodeled our old guest bathroom and Green California Builders did such a solid job. What I appreciated most was their communication. If something changed or they needed an approval, they called or texted right away. No chasing anyone around. The project took about the amount of time they estimated, maybe a couple days over but totally understandable. I’m picky about finishes and they handled all my questions without making me feel annoying. The new vanity, lighting and shower glass make the room look like a completely different house. After interviewing several contractors, we chose Green California Builders for our kitchen remodel, and it was absolutely the right decision. What impressed us most was the transparency and professionalism. Adam and his team didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary things and actually helped us find ways to stay within our budget while still getting the look we wanted. The quality of the work is fantastic — everything from the cabinetry to the tile work was done with such precision. My wife and I are in our 70s and 80s, and when our hall bathroom vanity started to come apart, we had to find a contractor. We were anxious because we had never done a remodel before, and we had heard stories of contractors who added charges, incurred prices increases or failed to complete projects. I began by searching on Houzz and soon after, Green California Builders reached out to set up an appointment with the contractor, Ron. He came by and we talked, we liked him and his approach. He demonstrated lots of knowledge and understanding to our needs. After he presented to us a detailed quote with a step-by-step description process, we agreed to have his team remodel our hall bathroom. With Green California Builders, we had no occasion to worry. Their work was professional, the team was careful and thoughtful, they minimized the stress and dirt and noise as best they could. And in the end the outcome was a magnificent new hall bath, with all the features we had hoped for, plus some we hadn’t expected. Whenever we had questions, concerns or requests we contacted Ron and he got us the answers and the results we needed. Green California Builders first met, then exceeded, our expectations. Best of all —since we are on a fixed income — they avoided any cost overruns despite some mixups with incorrect deliveries and even a broken toilet. I recommend Green California Builders for their quality, reliability and proven integrity.

This year we were finally able to begin upgrades on our home. We met with a project manager from Green California Builders who helped us decide what room needed an overhaul most. We decided to put our kitchen at the top of the list. It was very outdated with the block countertops which were always so difficult to clean. Johnny met us at the vendor to choose our new granite countertops that would best go with our new cabinetry we had picked out. He also helped us decide on a backsplash to tie everything together. We were very excited when Green California Builders team began work on our kitchen. The workmanship was A+ and the team of workers were wonderful—answering any questions we had and very pleasant, always cleaned up at the end of the day. Our kitchen is looks amazing. Thanks.

Highest accolades for Johnny and the entire crew who worked on our bathroom remodeling project. Johnny was very professional yet friendly and warm and was able to immediately put us at ease. He assessed our situation and clearly and patiently explained to us what Green California Builders can do for us. He first listened to our expectations and was able to identify the scope of work in writing, along with a target completion date. The contracting process was very transparent and agreement forms we had to sign were explained and was a good learning experience for us. Johnny was always available to handle any questions. We were so pleased with the progress after the first week, we added additional work beyond the bathroom remodel work. We have had two major remodels with Green California Builders: our master bath and our kitchen. Both jobs involved gutting existing materials. The bathroom involved wall removal. I love Green California Builders. The people are professional and creative. They come out and view existing room and you describe what you want. Johnny was great, adapting our design with features important to our family. Our kitchen is now the favorite space for family time. Johnny was our Project Manager. He listened to us and selected materials that would work well together. He always gave us several options and let us make the final decision. We didn't always agree on things, so having choices was important. The master bath was done with a different team from Green California Builders, but was fantastic. It went from a barely usable space to a spa-like en suite. We recommend highly Victory Home Remodeling and Johnny.

Johnnie was great, he listened to our requests, made his templates and created our counter and new center island exactly as we wanted. We recently had a bathroom remodel for our home. We had a tight timeline as we were expecting our baby. We worked with David, and he ensured our project ran smoothly, on time, and with quality job. He also provided insight on decisions that helped us avoid mistakes that we would regret down the road. He also stopped by on a regular basis to check on our contractor's work. A couple months ago I finally decided to remodel the master bedroom and bathroom, which I had been putting off for a while. I read positive reviews about David, so I took a flyer and called them. Who would be the project manager. i knew needed upgrades were needed but wasn't sure what specific design I wanted. David walked me through the process and helped to create my vision. Communication with him and the Edison staff was five stars from start to finish. Next year I am getting more work done and will definitely use Edison again.

Home remodeling is not easy, and you should never expect the process to be perfect. That said, Green California Builders did an absolutely terrific job for us on our recent kitchen and bath remodel. Our project manager David was terrific at communication from the moment we asked them to come give us an estimate all the way until the end of the job. We were fortunate to have only a couple of minor hiccups along the way, and David was adamant that everything be resolved quickly and that we were happy. The site crew was great...showed up when they said they would, worked extra hours to wrap things up quickly, good craftsmanship and they generally kept the place clean. We had a few minor issues with cleanliness but as I said before it is unrealistic to expect remodeling to be a clean process. When we did have minor issues, Green California Builders was quick to resolve them.

I emailed Green California Builders expecting a couple weeks, at least, for a consultation for a kitchen remodel. I met with Johnnie (Project Manager) literally the next day and demo started the following week. He was very knowledgeable on locations for well priced and quality material (cabinets and countertops) and also had a very good, space maximizing vision for my cabinet layout. Everyone on the team was professional and kept open lines of communication. Johnnie and crew, they were very prompt in responding and addressing my concerns. Overall Green California Builders worked very quickly and efficiently, completing the job in two weeks and I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely use them when the time comes for my bathroom remodel.

Please give your crew a hearty well-done. We were very pleased with them – probably the hardest working crew we’ve ever had do anything on our house. They were always here on time or even a little early and went right to work. They worked very hard all day and stayed as long as necessary to get the job to an appropriate close before shutting down for the day. I was very pleased with the work performed at my house recently. The windows replaced were a little tricky because of their odd size. The crew arrived on the schedule day and time and efficiently replaced my windows. Remarkably the windows look like they were just popped in! I highly recommend Green California Builders Inc. We had them remove the back wall of our house and extend it an additional 30 feet, allowing us to finally have a formal dining room and bigger kitchen space. The new addition is not noticeable it looks like it was built with the house. They recreate the exterior siding and paint. I can’t express enough on how pleased we are with the result. A project well-done! You never quite know what’s going to happen when you begin a project like this but boy am I glad I hired the right people for the job. It turns out our existing roof was actually 4 roofs in one that were incorrectly installed one on top of the other. There were so many issues I wasn’t sure where to start. But Green California Builders Inc. took care of everything even though the project was more elaborate than we originally anticipated. They went to great lengths to make sure that the job was done correctly. Now we have a great looking new roof and the project was completed ahead of schedule despite the setbacks. OMG we love our bathroom! It came out so much better than we dreamed it would. Jonathan did such a great job from beginning to end! He was there for us all the way through. His wealth of experience and expertise was invaluable as we shopped for our granite, tile, fixtures and tub. Everything Jon did was perfect and the contractors he uses know they have to be perfect as well. When things didn’t go quite as planned, as some parts of a remodel always do, he calmed us down and worked it all out. We felt so comfortable with Jon and his wonderful assistant that we even went on a trip right in the middle of everything. It was fun to come back and see all the work that had been accomplished. And one of the best things about using Jon is that he’ll be there for us if we need anything in the future. After all the talking (exchange of ideas), we agreed on a price and his guys started working asap after I singed the contract. I have used Green California Builders lnc for over 5 years. Initially I wanted to convert my 1 bedroom flat into a two-bed property. Two Architects came and provided impractical proposals, but I thought that was all that could be done. I contacted Green California Builders, based on a friend's recommendation, to quote for the work and mentioned my reservations about the Architects' suggestions. They reviewed the plans and came back with a completely revised layout which has transformed my place. I loved it! I have used Green California Builders ever since. We just want you to know how thrilled we are with our remodeling project, it feels like we are in a new home.
