“Review #2 today, January 10, 2014 (Original review is below) ***UPDATE*** Its been a little over 2 months since construction on my house has been completed. Finally getting everything in the house - we noticed a couple of things that needed fixing - nothing major but things i couldnt do. I called David and the guys were here, 8:30am a day or so later. they came in - saw what need to be done - went to Home Depot, purchased what was needed and fixed everything. there was NO hesitation on Davids end to have the guys come over and there wasnt an additional charge. Thank you IND - it was great seeing the guys again - i actually missed them all. Great group or workers! Seriously - you want/need work done - these are your guys! Review #1 from October 2013 i have heard horror stories about construction and let me be the first to tell you - if you hire this IND - you will NOT get that. Mind you, we only wanted to have the kitchen done... we decided to redo allllll the floors and painting throughout the house as well as crown molding, and baseboards. they are at my house anywhere between 7:30 - 8:00am ready. the minute its 8am - they start - no BSing - they are working till 430/5pm, sometimes till 7pm. day one - my kitchen was GUTTED - floors, walls counter-tops, everything. THAT was crazy. they helped take my furniture out of my house - they clean as they go (making sure they dont leave a mess at the end of the day). David (owner) comes to my house and "inspects" it, making sure everything is going well - he doesnt just come and go - he is always at my house for an hour or more. if he sees something i dont - its fixed - no questions at all. Within 2 weeks - kitchen gutted, kitchen tile is down (1day) new flooring in 90% of my house - crown molding done - most baseboards done. i know it doesnt sound like a lot - IT IS. if you want pictures, please let me know - i will email to you. This company - the best - when i decide to do more - i will not go to anyone else. A 6-week job was done in 4 total By the way - i have 2 neighbors that will use IND and a friend who will as well. They were referred to me by my friends who loved working with IND. PS - crew is respectful, hard working, nice and fun to work with. If you have work to be done - ***** FIVE STARS!”

“Jesus, who came to paint, was prompt during the quoted timeframe and pleasant during his time in our home. Our job was smaller and pretty straightforward for a 9x9 wall, but Jesus still took his time. I do wish he would have worn shoe covers as we had a trail of black paint on our carpet going down the steps; luckily, were able to get it out with water and soap, so not a big deal to us. He verified twice that we were OK with his work before he left. He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied, which meant a lot about his dedication in completion of the job.
