I requested for someone to come out and give us an estimate based on the plans our landscape designer helped us create. The sales person from GreenPro didn’t ask to see the plans and didn’t really listen to what we wanted. Instead he immediately went into why we needed fake grass (something I said twice we didn’t want.) and also went into a really heavy push for us to get solar panels which I also said we didn’t want. When it was time for the quote there was no list with costs... he sat there adding something up in his head and then quoted us for his plans for our backyard + solar panels ... $57,000. We originally said we were looking to do $5,000 worth of work. Then when I said we didn’t have the budget for such a project he started talking to us about renovating our bathrooms and then said he’d do all that work for us for $38,000. After we politely said twice we could not agree at that moment for the yes he was pushing us to give him he literally stormed out of our home. It was bizarre and totally inappropriate.
