We are sorry that you have had a negative experience.

We had requested for a punch list from your builder on multiple occasions and just heard back from them after a month of inquiries. It is common to have items that need adjustment after installation, and we are happy to take care of that. The drawers under your cooktop had to be shortened in length because the original ones specified were not fitting with the way that the blower for the downdraft was installed.

In terms of not returning phone calls, I’m not aware of any phone calls regarding any of this that were not returned and only became aware of your frustration after having my attention called to your negative review. You are always welcome to call me anytime and I know we talked several times during the course of your project.

I would also mention that there were multiple times that we were asked to come install cabinetry and then could not access the house or the areas we needed to work upon arrival with other trades completing their work. The global supply chain breakdown from the pandemic also had a negative effect on the timing of your project and I personally tried to mitigate this by working directly with vendor representatives who went out of their way to find the appropriate hardware from multiple other shops, for example.
