Havana Shade

Everything about the product was what I was looking for. Order placed 2.14.2024. Contract said it would take 20-24 weeks. I waited patiently for 33 weeks (over 8 MONTHS!!!) and finally gave up. Lost all confidence Havana Shade would ever be able to deliver the final product. Order cancelled October 2024. Now dealing with getting my refund. Communication throughout was very poor with constant excuses for the delays that after 33 weeks of waiting became completely unacceptable. There are other companies out there who can provide the same product.

Beautiful patio shade even though it does take awhile to come in. Vince, the owner, does care about his customers.

A wonderful experience. No worries with installation and enjoy the new shades. We ordered one shade to be auto and what a delight. The installation went well and I highly recommend Sunshader By Design. Do not hesitate to have Sunshader install your shades. You will enjoy the ease of use, protection and the ability to see out so not to block any views you may have.

Jim, the owner, personally came to our house to bid our project. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. We had a very specific timeframe for which we needed the project completed by (approx. 3 weeks after the bid) and he met the deadline with flying colors.
