My wife and I began working with Franky & Associates in August 2015 to design our dream home in Seminole Landing, North Palm Beach. We noticed that home styles in Palm Beach County were transitioning from Mediterranean to more transitional/contemporary styling and wanted to be at the forefront of this trend. We needed to commission a special architect who understood our vision for a unique contemporary design (not typical of Palm Beach County). Mr. Franky final concept was stunning; ground breaking, and forward thinking, spanning more than 29,000 total square feet (17,000+ under air). His design also included a 4,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace with an additional swimming pool and summer kitchen. This contemporary design, when completed in 2018 is sure to receive plenty of accolades from the South Florida architectural community and real-estate professionals alike. Henry Franky will soon be recognized as one of Palm Beach County’s foremost contemporary architect for years to come. Working with Mr. Franky and his team has been inspirational and satisfying. My company is MSL Construction Inc. We are Custom Home Builders and Remodelers based in Boca Raton , Florida. Henry Franky is my number one go to Architect for all my clients. We have successfully completed numerous custom home projects and currently working together on our second custom home in beautiful Ocean Reef, Key Largo FL. My Clients expect a fresh new design look to their ideas. Henry listens very well and works with their base and designs a great floor plan and great looking elevations. Franky did complete architectural plans for a 3800 sq.ft home which was a knockdown. His insight on what we wanted was carried out to complete satisfaction. He did exactly what we wanted and was on the job site continually. We have received numerous compliments on the design of our home. Very competent.

i cannot express how impressed and grateful we are for Henry's amazing guidance and impeccable architectural plans. First, Henry was genius in making recommendations for a floor plan that matched everything we wanted in a house, and then pulling through with the the tiniest of details that saved us a lot of headaches and surprises with our contractor. Henry Franky was a pleasure to work with and was respectful of what we as owners wanted out of our residence. He did not push his views on us, and he was respectful when he believed we were moving in a direction that was not correct. There were significant ARC Guidelines as well as local county regulations that had to be complied with. Addittionally, we wanted to design the home above current hurricane standards which required additional thoughts as to exterior materials. I would highly recommend Franky & Associates, and Henry, specifically.

We hired Franky & Associates to design a custom home for our family. i was already familiar with Henry Franky's design as he'd completed a traditional med style home for another family member of mine. We wanted to go with more of a transitional/contemporary look. Henry's versatility in both designs is un-matched He designed us the home of our dreams and think that his attention to to the fundamentals of architecture is evident in his work. Franky and Associates designed my personal home for me in Boca Raton, Fl. we found Mr. Franky to be extremely accommodating and very easy to work with. His ability to understand our personal needs and desires and translate those into a plan was remarkable. Mr Franky created the architectural drawings for the remodeling of our house. He was not only knowledgable but provided incitefull suggestions and solutions when needed. He was always professional, and met our deadline and budget requirements.

Henry Franky is a creative architect who I rely upon for the preponderance of my work. He is builder and client friendly individual, who listens to specific needs and requirements and translates same to the blueprints. Henry has been involved in my projects for the past 15 + years, and I continue to engage his services today.
