I have worked with Mike and his staff on six different remodels, over the last 15 years. Everything he puts together is accurate and coordinated with the most timely information, from the cities and state authorities/regulations. We have a new home we are planning and Mike will be doing all of the architectural and city work, on any of our remodels. He's honest, talented, precise knowledgeable of neighborhood dynamics and good person to work with.

Building a home designed by Higgins Architects is such a pleasure. Not only are the drawings thorough and precise, but the homes are beautiful. Mike and his team are always there to answer questions and look at details. We have built several homes designed by Higgins Architects and each one is a masterpiece.
