Jim and Lisa were a pleasure to work with. They worked hard to help us purchase a signature front entry door and the hardware for it. We had some preliminary ideas for our interior doors for our major home remodel, but their ideas totally changed our approach -- and the result was much more in keeping with our contemporary home design. The schedule and cost were adhered to, and Jim interceded with an overseas door hardware manufacturer for the perfect front door hardware to complement the door. Top notch service!

Jim is great to work with. He is very professional and made the process very easy. When they went to install they noticed a very minor imperfection that I hadn't even seen and insisted on fixing it right away. The final product is beyond gorgeous and we continue to get compliments on it every day.
