Great execution of a multimillion dollar project poorly designed by the architect. Very complex construction further complicated by the use of reclaimed material and very unusual design of some critical components (such as stair case, a 12 cars garage in the basement without any columns supporting the floors above, etc.) Mr Gray does not miss any detail he is very demanding, but fair with his subcontractors

Gray Construction built our custom home and it was completed in 2007. The attention to detail was outstanding and to this day we are complimented on how beautiful our home is. Ken Gray is someone who we have a very high regard and respect for. He has always done what he said he would and took immediate care of any issues (all minor) that we every encountered. If we ever build another house, Gray Construction would be our builder.

Gray Construction built my house in Castle Pines village a few years ago and I am amazed at how few problems I've had and how great my house had held up. It still looks brand new. The sub contractors that built it are still the ones that provide any service required and that is very satisfying as they know the home and are proud of their work. I give Gray Construction my highest recommendation.

We have had the good fortune to have Ken Gray design and build our home twice: the first time 25 years ago and then again after the Waldo Canyon Fire. He had done such a great job the first time, that we never considered anyone else to rebuild our home after it was destroyed in the fire. He had worked with us so successfully to design our home 25 years ago, that we wanted to rebuild the same house, with just a few extra square feet, a theater, a more modern kitchen layout, and a few upgrades that weren't in our budget the first time. From the design, through the bid book, the actual construction, the financial tracking, and the finishing touches, Ken Gray is meticulous and professional. He and his subcontractors are easy to work with and willing to incorporate our preferences along the way. He builds a quality product and you know where every penny went with his comprehensive and open bookkeeping. You can see our house in the portfolio section of the Ken Gay Construction website labeled "5175." We couldn't be more pleased with our home and we highly recommend Ken Gray Construction.
