Shane and his crew came out and did stacked stone on two retaining walls and the foundation of our house. It changed the whole appearance of our property. The masons were very talented and you couldn’t even tell they had been in our yard except for the beautiful work. Very professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. Ideal Creations is just that - IDEAL! Shane and his team helped us create the badly needed kitchen updates that we had put off for far too long; as we were not looking forward to the mess, unreliable workers - as had happened in the past with other contractors and not being able to use our kitchen for God knows how long! Thankfully, we found Ideal Creations -they were professional, (did what they said they'd do) and reliable, (always on time and on schedule) They installed gorgeous granite countertops, a new sink, fixtures and a beautiful tile backsplash; we couldn't be happier! After Hurricane Irma caused damage to my roof, I contacted Ideal Creations Construction. Shane Brock came out the same day and provided me with a reasonable estimate for the replacement of a new architectural roof. Shane met the insurance adjuster at my home and climbed on the roof since the adjuster was reluctant to do so due to the height of my home. My home is valued at over a half million dollars and has a very high, steep roof on a two story home with 30 foot ceilings. After the insurance adjuster submitted an estimate Shane quickly noticed that the adjuster had made a mistake on the amount he allowed for the architectural shingles, which were of less quality than the shingles that were currently on my roof. If Shane had not identified the error, it could have delayed the process in replacing the roof causing more damage to my home. Shane’s expert knowledge was invaluable and resulted in me having a beautiful new roof that is much nicer then the previous roof. His staff was very friendly and worked vigorously to get the job completed quickly. Shane returns your calls, addresses immediate problems, and works hard to satisfy his customers especially in emergency situations. I was impressed with Shane Brock’s services and would recommend Ideal Creations for your home repair needs.

Project was to create a front porch on old ranch style house. Shane provided design ideas, detailed budget and accurate timeline - and then delivered a super finished product.

One cool morning in May a tree decided to fall on our deck. The tree did significant damage to the deck, roof, chimney, underdecking, and trim. I knew I wanted someone local so, they could get the work done without a lot of time spent travelling. After searching and researching the southside I found one contractor. Shane Brock, proved to be from the reviews, pictures, and his own words just who I was looking for. He came over and thoroughly explained the entire process. I made my requests known and he and his team delivered. From the cleanup to the last visit, Shane has been very easy to work with and very professional.
