“Raymac Remodeling brought me in as the designer for this job which consisted of renovating two bathrooms for their client. The project included reconfiguring a jack & jill bath into a single bath with more space added to a walk-in closet and updating the other bath with new fixtures, flooring, lighting and cabinetry. Throughout the project the homeowner's home was treated with respect and the work areas were kept clean. Protecting the other areas of the house from dust and dirt were also taken into consideration. Raymac's work ethic and attention to detail definitely sets them apart from their competitors. The clients were extremely pleased because the project was completed on time and within budget. As a designer they were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area who is considering a renovation project for their home.”

“Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time and home. We felt the cost of the project was competitive and fair. They were mindful of our budget and came up with cost effective solutions wherever they could. We will not hesitate to hire Latitude 33 for any future remodeling needs we have, and we highly recommend them!”

“Direct Build remodeled our master bathroom. We are thrilled with the results . They were able to understand our vision very quickly and remodel the room exceeding our expectations . “I hired them to gut and remodel an entire bathroom. I found them to be good and am recommending them. I gave them pictures of the color tile and countertop I wanted and then they bought the actual materials. We had to change the design of the shower wall tile from 12" x 12" to 2" x 2" tiles. I like the result. It looks unique and gives the shower area a more casual appearance than what I had originally intended to have them install. The granite countertop looks beautiful. The wood-look floor tile came out very good also. It even sounds like wood when I walk on it! The only place we cut corners was on painting the walls, but judging from the 2 other quotes I got on this project, that seems to be the norm these days. Unless you pay top dollar, which I did not. I would have appreciated more explanation as to the "Why" we were doing something vs doing it another way, but it just wasn't there. Although, I was able to call and talk to the project manager almost always at a moment's notice. So I never felt abandoned or that they had walked off the job. From talking to other people's experiences with general contractors that seems to be a situation that can occur. So to summarize: If you're looking for a contractor who will complete your project from beginning to end, will get you very high quality shower tile, bathroom floor tile, and granite countertop, and is available at a moment's notice for questions, then Hayberg Restoration Network is a company you'll want to do business with.”
