We hired AR Design, of which Ideal Tile is a part, to do a complete house renovation: we took a mid-century rambler, and based on our architect's design, AR Design completely gutted the house, then added a second and third story. AR Design/Ideal Tile's owner, Ali Rouhani, was a pleasure to work with on our year-long project. ALL of his sub-contractors did a great job, too. Especially great about our experience was Ali and his crews' honesty and trustworthiness. And because Design Tile is affiliated, we got absolutely gorgeous tilework in all of our bathrooms, plus our kitchen backsplash! Also good to know: Ali stands by his work and will fix any problem that might arise even after the job is finished. I can highly recommend Ali and his business and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

My wife and I recently renovated our master bathroom using Ideal Tile. This was not our first experience using Ideal Tile or working with Ali, we had bought from them in the past. Three years ago, Ali helped my wife and I select tiles for the floor and for the backslash in our kitchen. We had already chosen an installer for the kitchen but the installer did not provide tiles. Ali spent plenty of time helping us, and, even though we weren't using him for the install of that project, he never rushed us. The contractor we used for the kitchen took over a year to complete, and there were several problems throughout the whole process. We had several project managers throughout our install, months where we didn't see anyone. It was a disaster. We loved the quality of tile and the help we received from Ideal Tile originally, so, when we decided to do our bathroom we returned to work with Ali. Again, Ali helped us with our tile selection, I asked if he could recommend a local installer as the previous company we used was a nightmare. Ali said they not only sell tiles, but, they provide full installation as well. Ali did a site visit, took some measurements, listened to what we wanted to do, and made some of his own suggestions. During this time, we were working with another local company as well (never hurts to get a 2-3 bids.) Why did we go with Ali? He is professional, knowledgeable, has great ideas, the pricing was acceptable, most importantly, trust worthy. You will be opening up your home to people you don't know, please don't choose just anyone! We worked with Ali and his design team over several weekends perfecting our future bathroom. Our final product involved combining the current tiny bathroom and neighboring walk in closet into one bathroom. We then built a new walk in closet of the other side of our bedroom. The final result of our project is incredible. The tile work looks great, our heated floor is wonderful with the dropping temperatures outside, even down to little details of where to place the control handles for the shower. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Ideal Tile definitely knows what they are doing, and Ali's attention to detail will guarantee you a successful remodel.
