We just finished remodeling our kitchen. Working with imagine kitchens has been easy,fun and exciting! The staff was always very helpful and considerate of our needs. Scott was patient easygoing and knowledgeable.

Scott did a wonderful job helping us design our new kitchen and bring it to life on time and on budget. We went through dozens of changes to the plan and Scott was always accommodating and helpful, even after the order was fulfilled he make sure to take care of anything special like extra knobs, replacing anything that was dented or scratched, etc.

Our kitchen was over 25 years old, with terribly arranged (and small) cabinet space, outdated cabinetry, awful lighting, plumbing that couldn't extend for upgrades, and a reddish wood floor that was difficult to match. Scott at Imagine completed a total design opening up tons of new and easily used storage, along with a fantastic look. We wound up expanding everything, and got a good deal with a free Super Susan and 15% off on top-of-the-line Waypoint cabinetry. Lighting, plumbing, cabinet installation, backsplash--Scott arranged it all, and kept it well within budget (we wound up adding several aspects with the money we saved). All the contractors were good people completing quality work, and Scott was our one contact point for any questions. It was super simple. The results? Well, everyone gets compliments when re-doing their kitchen, but people have really gushed over ours. The color tie-ins, the use of space, the terrific lighting, the carefully balanced cabinet placement for symmetry--my wife wound up spending nearly about 45 minutes walking some friends through every feature (weird, I know, but they insisted). This probably sounds like it was written by someone connected to Imagine, but we barely knew them before this (we'd bought a couple bathroom cabinets there before). Do I recommend Imagine? Absolutely.

We were very pleased with the double bathroom remodel project that Imagine did for us. It looks great, and was finished timely and on budget. Scott did a great job managing the project. He communicated well, and we appreciated the frequent site visits to assess the work being performed. He has a high quality standard, and several times made enhancements to items that we thought were OK, or hadn't noticed. Scott & Jim came up with acceptable solutions that we were happy with for any problems that arose. I think that Scott being a skilled craftsman himself makes him a real asset to any project. We would readily recommend Imagine for Kitchen & Bath remodels!

I used Imagine to completely redo two bathrooms and my kitchen in my condo. They were very reasonable as far as pricing, and also very responsive. Whenever issues came up, as they do with such a big project, they were proactive about providing solutions. Theyre also just very nice people who had a great eye for what i was going for.

I worked with Jim and Scott to give my kitchen a facelift and my master bathroom a complete remodel. I don't believe their expertise, knowledge of products, professionalism, and genuine desire to satisfy the customer can be surpassed. These qualities are enhanced by their friendliness and personal interest in your project. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship with which they were installed are excellent. Without exception the professionals that did the work were friendly, respectful, skilled at what they did, and a pleasure to work with. It is a simple reality that any project will normally experience a few bumps along the way, but Scott and Jim resolved them quickly and without hassle. When it came time to make the final payment, there were no surprises. I enjoyed the experience of working with Imagine and am delighted with the results. I will definitely use them in the future if I have the occasion and highly recommend them.

Throughout the entire process, they encouraged our own ideas yet applied their expertise, provided us with top of the line products and extremely patient. Jim & Scott were approachable and calm through the entire experience. The asked the right questions, translating our ideas into reality and finding the best finishes! They had many resources at their fingertips and provided us with many alternatives. Always available and prompt. This company was a joy to work with. We are so happy with the kitchen and have received many compliments on the look of the kitchen. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to work with again.

Our "builder grade" kitchen was in desperate need of updating, but we didn't want to blow the budget or have to alter our layout (because of the existing hardwood flooring). We shopped around extensively and got bids on everything from refacing to a complete kitchen re-do. Prices and promises ranged widely. Imagine Kitchens & Baths were by far the most straightforward and comprehensive, and they did a great job. They walked us through options and associated prices, worked with us on plan updates and features, and were an ally for us to get the best deal on our cabinetry. They also arranged for everything, including securing and scheduling the contractors and hauling away the trash. Communication was great throughout the process. Install took some time with holidays and other installation jobs that were going on. However, the work was done meticulously and well. We are really pleased with the finished product and the level of service we received. I have no hesitation in recommending them--you will end up with a high-quality finished product!

I hired Imagine Kitchens & Baths initially to re-do the kitchen in my new house. It was a total remodeling job, that included design and construction. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and creative in helping to design the kitchen, including layout, and the choice of countertops and tile floors. The job foreman and other workers were prompt, courteous, and highly skilled. The work progressed so well that, mid-way through the project, I asked the Imagine team to replace a bathroom tub with a new walk-in shower and other fixture upgrades. Again, the design help was first class. The jobs were completed on time, and on budget. Everyone was meticulous in getting things just right, down to the smallest detail. The Imagine team was always available for questions, and were great at communications during the project. I will certainly hire them again for my next project.

Jim & Scott Russell were absolutely great! Pricing was fair--$9,000 below competitive bid. They took their time and fully explained the entire kitchen project. Material delivered on time and to spec. The final design included some affordable "WOW" factors that we were not even considering. We felt blessed to have met their family, worked closely with all of them, and thoroughly enjoy our new kitchen. We will definitely use them for 2 bathroom remodels in the future. Bill & Karen K.
