We offer free in home consultations and have interior designers on staff to help create your space whether it be picking out flooring or paint colors. For 20+ years Imperial Flooring has been a full service floor covering store providing free in home consulting and estimating, personalized sales, service, and in-home installation. Our goal at Imperial is to provide our customers with a more personal experience by working with you to finish your home the way you want, as opposed to just selling you something to put in it. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with industry leading product knowledge and cutting edge creativity. Libby, the decorative consultant, was very nice to work with, very professional while listening to and answering all my questions long before the project even started. I'm sure I made 20+ phone calls and visits to the store to pick out tile and changed my mind a couple of times on what color/product I wanted and she always greeted me with a smile and assured me that I was not a problem or a bother. When it came time for Robert and Jason to install the tile in the two showers, they were both courteous and friendly, not minding one bit that I checked on the progress they made often as they were working. They worked quickly and always cleaned up the job site before leaving each day. I would definitely recommend Imperial Flooring Inc. for all your tile and carpet needs.

Very pleased with the work completed by Imperial Flooring in my bathroom remodel. Work was completed in a timely manner. Both the flooring and tiling installers did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions I had. Jane

Everything was great, the sales people and the installers did a great job. The only small thing that was wrong was I would like for you to remove the samples from the floor that are obsolete so people don't pick them and find they can't have them. Other than that everything was perfect. I will highly recommend Imperial to anyone looking for flooring. Thanks again for the great job!

We had two of our basement bedrooms with water problems this past summer. Imperial Flooring Inc. did an excellent job of restoring them...spending time discussing what would be the best approach to avoid future problems, assisting us in choosing new flooring, and doing a great job in the whole restoration process. As our son and his family were coming from Kauai to visit in a few weeks after the flooding, Imperial Flooring made an extra effort to have everything done by their arrival even though they were very busy. Everyone in the office was so friendly, efficient and helpful, and the owner of the company made sure everything was done with perfection! We would recommend them highly!
