My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Summerhill homes and Phil Calvano have been exceptional to work with! Typically getting any answers post a sale is tough but not here. All emails are promptly answered without needing to following up or leave messages. We are very happy with Summerhill and Phil as the builder for our home. Highly recommended!

Summerhill homes was extremely professional, on time, on budget, sensitive to our needs and very efficient in problem solving as the project was being completed. All promises made were kept. Summerhill's staff and subcontractors were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. The construction debris was always properly contained. Our building site was always kept safe and tidy. There was excellent planning and execution of the project to its completion. Having used many contractors in the past, Summerhill Homes exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you to Sal Russica and all of his Summerhill team.

The house plans that have been chosen are wonderful, and they will work with you, to make sure that your layout is exactly what you want. Summerhill gives you a custom home, they respond to your inquiries and make necessary adjustments as needed. We have been very pleased with his development and Summerhill Homes, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others, as we ourselves would definitely choose them again.
