i worked with Inline design on a cable railing system for a commercial studio I have. The owner (Jad) was extremely helpful in explaining to me the different railing systems and options available. We discussed the pros and cons of each detail of the design until we came up with a picture of how we want the railing system to look like. The order came in on time and all the parts made it safe. When the installation process started, the website proved to be an essential reference, it has detailed application notes on the process of how to install the railing system which puts an IKEA or any furniture store manual to shame. I would definitely go back for any future projects for I have and would recommend this store for family and friends.

Inline helped select and design glass railing system for inside home finished open wall stair. Website is very professional and easy to find what I was looking for which was a reasonable cost modern looking railing system. Specifications and pricing all posted online. Product quality is very good especially for the price compared to other architectural systems. Inline provided a local installer reference. Inline provided no charge simple 2D drawings of the design per my measurements and updated as needed. Ordering was easy with paypal. Shipping and unused returns were quick. After purchasing my house in Portland, we decided to remodel the dated interior. This entailed tearing out a short sheet rock wall along the staircase and along the walkway on the second floor. Removing the wall provided a more open feel from the ground floor in addition to the 25 ft ceilings. We wanted to maintain an open feel while keeping it safe, so we didn't want to install anything that would close in the area. So after some thought, we decided that steel posts with glass would be the right choice. We contacted InLine Design, sent them our measurements, and received a AutoCad drawing. After everything was finalized, we ordered the Chicago Rounds. Everything arrived as expected and all parts were included. The installation instructions were also helpful to the contractor, as they'd never installed this type of system before. I recommend this company for their accuracy, timeliness and quality. Our system has been installed for seven months and it looks beautiful! Thank you!
