What an outstanding experience to work with Interior Concepts and the wonderful designers Kelly and Tessa. Presentations and selections was so much fun and totally stress free. I am not good at articulating what I see in my head but Kelly and Tessa always caught my drift and came back with choices that totally nailed what my husband and I were looking for. we are forever grateful to them for creating a warm and inviting home and being so inclusive to Tommy and me during the process. We recently added a roof to our back patio and I wanted to create a new outdoor living area. Interior Concepts and team decorated all three of our STUNNING model homes at Friendship Creek. What amazing and fabulous work was completed in these homes. My husband and I approached Interior Concepts for design services in our new condo after observing their beautiful work in the building’s show homes. Collaborating with them was a true pleasure from start to finish! Ashley, our designer, was outstanding! She worked diligently with us to design and oversee installation of custom picture moldings that now perfectly frame our art collection. Her guidance on furniture layout and wallpaper selection was invaluable as well. I have worked with many interior design firms over the past 41 years. Projects have included single family home models, multifamily rental unit and amenity designs, multifamily condo unit and amenity designs and student housing unit and amenity designs. My experiences with Interior Concepts. Inc have, by far, been the most enjoyable and rewarding of my career. Interior Concepts, Inc designers listen to the clients ideas, visions and budget. Where many experiences with other designers have felt more like a confrontation Interior Concepts definitely takes the role of desogn partner seriously. I have worked with several of the designers over the years and have always been both impressed and pleased with the quality of work performed by each of them. My most recent project was designed by Ashley Sichler who gave us a great design presentation. Ashley listened to all of our comments at each review and incorporated them beautifully into her design. Interior Concepts is the first, and last, name I offer when asked for a recommendation.

I've known Interior Concepts team and work for many years and have always been impressed but just worked with them on our first model homes in 2022 and WOW did they deliver. I have dealt with many companies and professionals in my time but Kate, Ashley and the team at Interior Concepts are a level above everyone in the design world. We bid out a state of the art showroom/retail space and corporate offices to about five companies. The Interior Concepts proposal, and concept were far more detailed and comprehensive than anyone else we spoke to. Everything was easy to understand and review. We had the great privilege of working with Arlene Critzos, Joyce Pearl, and Elizabeth Parr to design/decorate our 6,000 sq ft condo in Baltimore. I had a fantastic time working with Kate McCloskey and her team on 2 Model Home projects in Fredericksburg, VA and La Plata, MD. I relied on Interior Concepts to: 
1) help me understand my budget and develop a fully designed merchandising plan, 
2) understand the market and come up with a design that is appealing to me and my prospective buyers,
 3) make sure the design is as beautiful as it is functional, and checks the boxes on the current market and style for the buyers we are targeting,
4) complete the project on time and within budget, despite new construction’s crazy schedules. 

Kate, Betsy, Camille and Samantha brought a tremendous amount of creativity and suggested ideas/layouts/colors that I never thought of or imagined before....and while it sometimes took me a while to get comfortable with these out-of-the-box ideas, I never regretted implementing any of them. It's very satisfying to walk into our Model Homes and feel like the space truly reflects the targeted buyers and not some design catalogue. All my visitors immediately comment on the beauty and uniqueness of our interiors, ask how it all came together and start considering hiring a designer themselves. 
I am a busy professional, and Kate’s team was incredibly patient with me to make decisions and find time to collaborate…I honestly couldn't do it on my own without their expertise, hard work, professionalism and kindness.

I was a little nervous about working with a designer that would complement my tastes and integrate new furnishings with the old for a new, larger custom-built house. Arlene, Joyce and Cathy worked with me in a very cohesive and budget efficient manner so as to optimize and really "pop" our final design. They displayed a great positive "can do" attitude throughout the project which, as to be expected, had lots of construction drama. I would highly recommend Arlene and team (Joyce was a "pearl") as an agile and and extremely competent design team.

We have worked with Interior Concepts, Inc. for over 10 years on very different projects (brand-new houses, renovations) in different locations throughout the country. In all instances they "got" exactly the feel we wanted and, with very few meetings, produced a polished result on time and at a price point we requested. Drucker + Falk contracted with Interior Concepts, Inc. to complete 3 clubhouse renovations. This team was amazing to work with and exceeded our expectations. Very easy to work with, listened to all of our concerns and made adjustments mid stream of the project when necessary. Worked closely with the architect and provided design/space feasibility feed back when something didn't make sense. We will certainly contract with Interior Concepts, Johanna Bruce and Samantha Butcher, again in the future.

After building our house, we looked into Interior Design services. After meeting with a couple of companies, we decided to go with Interior Concepts. My husband and I purchased a home that conveyed with the furnishing. While it was nice to move into a fully furnished home, it was not our style. We also interviewed three different companies, and from our first meeting with a Arlene Critzos, we had an immediate connection. We hired Interior Concepts after interviewing three other companies to do a rather large job of decorating main areas of our custom home in Bethesda: Foyer, Grand room and a Kitchen/Family Room. We were very impressed with their Senior Designer Courtney Griffin, who striked us as someone who will get the job done, experienced, upbeat and with good systems in place to support her talents. The company’s most impressive deliverables are as follows: scaled drawings that you own once you pay your initial fee; presentation of several concepts and a turn key solution with minimal time spend on your part with a one-day install at the end. Our project turned out absolutely stunning: stylish it blended both of our tastes together to reflect something unique and harmonious. Everyone who has visited us since is an awe of Courtney’s talents! The process was pain free and Courtney’s responsiveness eased so many construction pains! I would vouch 150 per cent for this company and their processes, reliability and of corse Courtney Griffin who is an absolute gem of an interior designer. Interior Concepts is a great design company. I have used them on numerous large-scale projects in the multi-family housing industry. Sam and Johanna are amazing to work with, their communication is above and beyond what I have experienced with other design groups. I just wish I had more projects to give them at the moment.

My husband and I moved into our new home this past November, and used Interior Concepts to design a great new living space for our main level. Joyce Pearl listened to my ideas and desires for this space for over two hours, and came up with a design that met and exceeded my expectations. I 100% recommend Andrea Blamphin and Morgan Wilson. I hired them for my first home project in 2012 - after I moved into my house . At least two people who saw the amazing job they did to my house and have hired them. I held off furnishing my second bedroom, and they did that this month- October 2017. My chin hit the floor when I walked in- it was perfect. What is especially nice is that they work on finding furniture and accessories that fit within your taste and budget. You won't regret having hired these two ladies- they are phenomenal.

Insight Homes asked Interior Concepts to design the interiors for our new model home at our community, Hawthorne. They were enthusiastic from the start and paid very special attention to detail. They also had a lot to deal with - when I oversee a project for my company, I am way too involved for the comfort of most design teams. But the designer for this project, Kelly Kiley, took any changes and suggestions in stride and was always ready for whatever we threw her way. They came to our house for a thorough initial meeting and a follow up comprehensive measurement of our entire first floor. Moving from a townhouse to a much larger single family home, we lived for a couple of years in a home that was "half full" of furniture. I was hesitant to just buy furniture on a whim. What I appreciated most, while Andrea did help us in selecting and ordering many pieces of furniture (as expected moving into a home twice the size of our previous residence), she also re-purposed couches and chairs in other spaces, found long forgotten childhood artwork and ceramics for display, and even found a place of honor for my grandmother's oil painting that spent far too long in a back closet. Everything I resisted about hiring a designer (not wanting it to look like a "furniture show room") was moot and my only regret was not hiring her sooner. She helped us create these very comfortable spaces that our family has enjoyed for the last several years. Now, 4 years after the initial "install", she is in "phase 2" -- updating the design elements in two more bedrooms and helping with replacing 30 year old outdoor lighting!

We hired Arlene Critzos of Interior Concepts in 1993 when we purchased a 1904 Georgian 5-part historic house in Annapolis, MD. She handled every detail of the design and renovation of our home and it is truly magnificent. It took a year to complete all of the design and installation of furniture, art, and antiques. Since then, she has helped to renovate and design the interiors of two homes that we have owned in Florida, and now we are working on a new project in Annapolis, Md. I worked with designer Courtney Griffin on both our homes, She helped with our move in selecting furniture and art for our new home in a 55+ community. She met with me at our old home to determine what furniture we would be taking and what furniture needed to be purchased. She also went with me to appointments in making selections for windows and selecting colors for our new home. Courtney also found a company to recover my sofa and chair. We also hired Courtney to select furniture and art for our beach home and she and her company also did a fantastic job with installing the furniture and art work.

I have worked with designers from Interior Concepts for at least ten years. My husband is a home builder and developer. They designed two model condominium units for him. They looked wonderful and the company was great to deal with. About eight years ago, another designer at Interior Concepts worked with me to design a second home that we purchased in Annapolis. Again she was really nice to work with and created a beautiful space. I was exactly what I wanted. My latest experience was with Cathy Belcov. We bought a house that had to be completely remodeled. This included all of the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. We removed walls and reconfigured spaces. Cathy was an integral part of the whole process. She designed moldings, lighting and all of the furnishings and window treatments. She was always available to answer questions, no matter how small. We finished on time. The house is, in my opinion, beautiful, and that is due largely to Cathy.
