International Bath and Tile

A quick note to highlight Jerry Moch. We were in need of knowledgable and quick assistance for replacement parts of a European shower fixture. Jerry immediately, over the phone, clearly understand and was familiar with the distinct parts needed. He took it upon himself to personally call the manufacturer in confirmation of availability, pricing, and shipping timeline, and relayed this information back to us as promised. All this while never meeting in person or holding any motivation (for commission etc) over such "small" items! It is so rare these days to communicate with knowledgable and dependable customer-focused professionals. Jerry is an exception!

Good selection. They have a lot of knowledge, but I needed to follow up with them a few times to tie up loose ends.

We felt like we were left adrift when two designers in Arizona ended up just wanting to sell their product; through an experience with International Bath & Tile over 40 years ago we headed to California and met Jerry Moch. He is such a personable, patient guy who knows his way around the business that we trusted him immediately. He has definitely gone above and beyond normal service in tracking down extra tiles, changing out faucets when, through our mistake, ordered ones that would not fit. Big thank you to the entire company and especially to Jerry Moch!!!! We are delighted with everything we ordered and getting to know Jerry.

Staff does NOT wears masks I was warned by 4 different contractors/plumbers to stay away. Unfortunately, I did not listen. The customer service was poor if any. But there was one item they had which I could not find elsewhere for our bathroom. They kept telling me it was one of a kind. I researched days trying to find it. We finally bought it, then they told me who made it. As soon as I had that info, I found it on their website $500+ less than they sold it to me for. I inquired with them in three separate venues. No response from two inquiries. And one response that said I could return it and start over. What kind of answer is that?? I also inquired about some pebble 'tile'. They gave me a price $8 a sq ft more than 3 other places I went to. They are extensively overpriced and our customer service was not positive.

Excellent service and product offerings. Showroom is small but well organized and provides variety that is not so overwhelming. Vicky was able to match pricing with the larger competitors. Product delivered timely and even an issue identified with an original shipment was remediated with a phone call and a replacement shipment arrived before the incorrect shipment was picked up. Would certainly recommend for an upcoming stopping by for your upcoming project needs.

My wife and I love working with Vicky at the Solana Beach location. We have used her professionalism and experience multiple times for multiple projects. They have great products as well. We will continue to use her in the future. She is the best! Thank you, Scot

The selection is amazing and service is excellent. They have some of the most unique pieces in town. So happy with how the remodel turned out.

We have purchased tile from Vicki at the Solana Beach location three times and have been very pleased with the excellent service we received each time. Vicki goes out of her way to help make your project a success and is always a joy to work with!

My husband and I were in the process of doing a total gut DIY remodel of our kitchen in Juneau, AK. I was heading to San Diego for a two day training class in March and was hoping to visit a tile shop there since the selection in Juneau is a little limited. I found International Bath and Tile via Facebook and houzz (because I was interested in Lunada Bay Tile in particular) and they carried it. I called to check on store hours, and was connected with Lorin Moch, who was kind enough to offer to keep the store open if I arrived late. Fortunately, my flight arrived on time and I was able to get to the store by 4 pm and Lorin helped me pick out, order and ship, my dream tile, to Alaska. We are almost finished with the kitchen remodel, I successfully installed the Lunada Bay quilt pattern backsplash myself, and LOVE it, and couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from everyone at the store. They were all just lovely. Thank you, International Bath and Tile!

As a Designer I have found IBT to have a wonderful selection of tile and plumbing fixtures for my projects! My orders were filled and handled very well, and I was advised and kept up do date with all the materials that I needed. Parking was easy, which is important to me! I will certainly use IBT again! I love International Bath and Tile. They have a great selection pf products and their knowledgeable staff is very helpful .Even if I'm not working on a bath or kitchen project, I enjoy visiting the showroom to keep current with new products.
