Inviting Home Inc

I gave this company one star because of their shipping cost structure. I ordered four wood rosettes that cost me $24.88 to ship to my home in North Carolina and the box didn't even weight one-half pound. I spoke to a representative who said if I had called before the order they would have adjusted the amount. Too late - the customer should not have to be put in that position. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend Inviting Home Inc. for high-quality architectural products and home furnishings. My favorite find? These beautiful, Charlotte Rosettes that I incorporated into our custom master bathroom door. (See photos of work in progress and finished result.) Absolutely perfect for the project and really elevated the overall look of the door. Before finding Inviting Home, I ordered samples from other sites that were inferior quality, thin, stamped-resin design. The ones from Inviting Home are excellent, heavy, real wood with beautiful hand-carved detail.

I have done several projects with Inviting Home. My experience with them is excellent. Great selection of products and outstanding customer service. Their website is very inspiring and the prices are reasonable. Absolutely recommend it for anyone who is about to improve their home decor.

I have used Inviting Home products for many of my projects. The list of architectural products that I used is long but it was mainly moldings, corbels, wood carved accents and lighting. Inviting Home staf is always courteous and quick to respond. I also like the fact that I'm able to ask them technical questions and get helpful recommendations regarding installation and use. The orders are sent out in a very timely manner. I don't remember an instance when their shipment would hold up the project. I would highly recommend working with the Inviting Home!
