I am very pleased with my experience with Touchwood Flooring. It was a very easy process to work with Leona to develop my vaguely imagined hardwood flooring project into something that has turned out so very well. I was impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness in assessing my needs and working out an installation plan. The installers were personable and professional and did a very good job that entailed solving some difficult problems with transitions and leveling out of floor dips. The entire process was efficient and done in a timely manner. I would recommend Touchwood without hesitation.

We had 20yr old hardwood in main floor except for family room and kitchen. Touchwood installed new hardwood in kitchen family room, sanded the old and re-stained the entire main floor. You can not tell which is the older wood it looks truly amazing. the floor is also perfectly flat and flows from one room to the other My next hardwood project will be with this team for sure

Leona and Greg from Touchwood were wonderful to work with. From start to finish with expert advice on refinishing of our previously oiled finished maple floors. Steve provided professional service and his attention to detail throughout the sanding process and staining process was excellent. Our 20 year old floors now look better than they did when they were first installed. Highly recommend Touchwood.

Great knowledge of flooring, very thorough job from estimate, order, delivery, cleanup of old flooring, laying down of new. I matched my flooring from kitchen to great room. The finish on site process- which is harder to accomplish, but is something I would recommend! (No seams or cracks)

We had excellent service from Touchwood Flooring. We had sanding done on our main floor, new laminate installed in our basement, and new hardwood installed in our third level. Touchwood helped us pick a great color and matched the laminate perfectly. They answered any questions we had and stayed in communication with us through out the renovation. We love our Haakwood Floors that we purchased from Touchwood Flooring! The floors are gorgeous and the service was spectacular! Leona & Greg and their crew were very helpful during every step of the process. Greg even helped load the order after hours when we had transportation become available at the last minute. We live 5 hours from Edmonton so that gesture was greatly appreciated! I would not hesitate to recommend Touchwood Flooring to anyone looking for a high quality wood floor!

Great experience with Touchwood Flooring again! This is our second successful flooring replacement in this house. Our last replacement, 4 years ago, replaced carpet on the stairs, second floor landing, and mainfloor living and dining rooms. The installers were bright, friendly and efficient and were able to resolve some original construction issues (dipped subfloor and buckling subfloor) and leave us with a beautiful hardwood floor. A few months ago, we had Touchwood return and complete our mainfloor (den, family room) with the same hardwood which we still love. The installers were in and out in a day. Again fast and friendly. The advice in the showroom, from the owners, Leona and Greg, and on site during the estimate (free), were enjoyable, insightful and enabled us to make an informed decision. We went back to Touchwood Flooring this time, because they have proven that they can orchestrate the purchase, delivery, and installation right every time.

We had the carpet removed from our living room and hardwood feathered in to the existing hardwood in the dining room, kitchen and hallway. It looks amazing. All the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. a
