We moved into our new home built by Woita Homes earlier this year and love the way that it turned out. Jason and Megan Woita are very professional and easy to work with. Jason uses the best subs and is very good at keeping things moving through the entire build. We are very particular and Jason did his best to make us happy on every aspect of the process from start to finish. He has creative ideas on how to make a house look top notch.

We loved working with Woita Homes to build us our forever home. Jason is a very creative and detail oriented person, which I appreciate. My husband and I tend to be very particular people and Jason handled us professionally and always tried to keep us happy. Without a doubt, we know we chose the right builder.

As a contractor, White Castle Roofing has loved having the opportunity to work with Jason at Woita Homes. Jason is a very professional home builder for whom we have done roofs in Lincoln, Omaha, and Wahoo. He builds quality homes, and asks for even the smallest details to be correct, and performed with high-quality workmanship. He always asks about warranties and upgrade options like impact-resistant shingles for his clients, instead of just putting on the cheapest materials. We really value the relationship we've built with Jason, and would recommend him whole-heartedly to those looking to build a quality home that will last.

We just finished construction on our new home with Jason. We were a little nervous on building because we had a not so great building experience in the past with a different builder. You hear horror stories of overages, delays and no flexibility when it comes to choosing what material's you want and where you can buy them from. It couldn't have been a more different experience this time around. Throughout the whole process there was constant communication and updates, and Jason was always available to talk through even the smallest detail. The numerous walkthroughs we did throughout the process gave us even more comfort because we knew everything was going along smoothly. The allowances were very fair, and we were able to pick out the finishes we wanted without having to worry about going way over on allowances. I would recommend and have already recommended him to family and friends. If we ever build again in the future there is no question who we would use.

We were very fortunate and blessed to be able to partner with Woita Homes on the build of our home. From the accuracy and detail of the initial proposal through the final touches, Woita Homes uncomplicated the process and made it an enjoyable endeavour. What especially differentiated Jason were his creative eye, attention to detail, and desire to listen to and deliver upon each unique request we made. Easy to communicate with and responsive, Jason always made us feel like we were his top priority. The end result was a beautiful home meeting and exceeding our expectations that we are enjoying very much.

Jason Woita and his crew were wonderful to work with on two home remodeling projects we did; kitchen and basement bar. Jason's ideas are exactly what we wanted, he understood our wishes and what would work in our existing home. They were easy to work with, friendly, the quality was exceptional and the follow-up as good. They've come back to fix things or adjust things. I would highly recommend working with Woita Homes, everyone I know who has used them would say the same thing.

Woita Homes was absolutely amazing!! From the first meeting with Jason until the final walkthrough we were extremely impressed! His communication is top notch- we spoke to him all the time and he made sure we were included in the whole process. His organization is impeccable as well as the craftsmanship of the home. We kept hearing from people how awful and stressful building a home could be and how you would hate your builder by the end but we experienced none of that and we built while I was 7 months pregnant and then with a newborn and a 3 year old and it wasn't stressful at all - and we are done building and we still love Jason! I feel like we absolutely hit the jackpot of homebuilders when we chose Woita and I would never hesitate to refer them to anyone. Each time I walk into our home I still can't believe how blessed we are to live in such a beautiful place! Jason made all of our dreams and wishes a reality and totally stuck in our budget!!!

Jason Woita / Woita Custom Homes remodeled part of our basement into a custom bar and we would highly recommend them, whether a remodel or an entire home. Jason is very customer oriented and went out of his way on numerous occasions during the process of picking out granite, fixtures, cabinets, etc., and made sure that we stayed on track and that pieces came together in an orderly fashion. He really helped us design the layout from day one and took what we desired and made it become a reality. He is easy to work with and follows up on any outstanding issues in a timely fashion. We will definitely use him again.

I trusted Woita Homes to build our dream home, and we were absolutely delighted with the outcome. Jason and his team's attention to detail are impeccable, and I didn't have to project manage the build. Jason's design style is also an added bonus as he incorporates design elements that define the definition of a custom home. Our initial budget to final was only off by $500, which is unheard of. If we ever build again, Woita Homes will be my first and only call.

Woita Homes treated us amazing and did a quality job! I had many conversations with colleagues and friends during the construction process with them asking me how it was going. I would always reply back that it was going great and then complement our contractor on his honesty or attention to detail. They would always chuckle and reply back that they had never heard anyone say that about their contractor during the construction process.
