JDS Homes is a perfect choice for those who demand high quality workmanship. Darrell (the owner of JDS Homes) always found a way to manifest ideas and visions thrown at him, where most contractors would just say its not possible. There is no impossible with Darrell. He does quality work for a fare price. He sticks to schedules and shows up for meetings when he says he is going to. He takes pride in his work and doesn't settle for less then perfect. I am proud to show off my home and recommend his services to anyone looking to build just about anything. From decks and custom kitchens and cabinets to state of the art retractable two way mirrors and a one-of-a-kind vent hood over my oven, even a solid white oak bar top over 22ft long. Darrell finished and produced everything I asked of him. He'd except any challenge and even do it with a smile. Shari (Owner of JDS Homes) is an interior decorator and designer. She is very focused and knowledgeable about how to make your vision pop out and be better then you had thought. It was a nice piece of mind to trust in her abilities and designs. She was a pleaser to work with. And again… Shari and Darrell are genuine good people. Its hard to find that in this industry. I never felt ripped off. I was kept in the loop with costs and timing. When I didn't agree with a quote for something, Darrell would redesign it and build it for an reasonable budget without sacrificing quality or vision. I highly recommend working with JDS Homes.

Wanted a charming 2 car garage that matched our cottage style 1920's home and fit aesthetically in our compact city lot. Darrel of JDS Homes listened to my wish list, took my vague pictures and designed a garage and yard that looks like a carriage house behind our home. It's darling, fits the bill entirely and truly enhances the back yard. They would have received 5 stars if completed within the time frame Darrell gave us. We are very pleased with the end product.

JDS Homes have completed two building projects for our family. The first one was a custom built high end home (700,000) The whole experience was a pleasure. The house could not have turned out better. It was completed on time and with in the budget. The subs that they used also raved about working with JDS.
