My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floor is reclaimed oak from the old tobacco barns down south which was supplied by Menomin in Minnesota. The cabinets are custom made out of Rustic Cherry (Knotty Cherry) stained in Sherwin Williams Bronze Walnut Sherwood Stain.

    Beautiful reclaimed flooring like that has real circle sawn marks across the face. The darker portions are genuine patina that the wood has acquired over many years.
