Jeff Kuster did a major remodel in my 1997 build home. It now looks like a current build. Jeff listened to all my ideas and shared his with us. He communicated so well at each step. He followed up on every promise. His attention to quality and detail is beyond amazing.

We recently had Jeff and his crew remodel our old, outdated kitchen. On top of updating our kitchen we also had a wall from separating the kitchen and dining room removed and our ceiling in the kitchen vaulted. From start to finish we had a great experience. Our remodel stayed on budget and on time. Jeff, Justin and Seth were very professional and always friendly. Our new kitchen has transformed the whole house. We are beyond happy and would recommend Kuster Homes to anyone!

I have known Jeff Kuster for almost 10 years now. I work @ the local flooring store & Jeff sends his clients my way to select floor / counters / tile for the homes he remodels. Unlike some contractors I work with, I have never heard anything negative from his clients after all these years working with him / them. To me that is amazing in this industry knowing sometimes the unexpected can always interfere in construction. He has always had a way to figure it out & keep his clients happy. If were to build a custom home or do a remodel. i guarantee he would be my contractor.

Jeff and his team remodeled our mid-century kitchen, blending new cabinetry with refinished cabinets so that they blended beautifully. He worked collaboratively with us to make our design a reality. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe and budget by skilled, efficient people. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. The grande finale was the cleaning team who even cleaned the windows, inside and out! We would definitely go with Jeff for any future projects.

Jeff and his crew finished our 1000 sq/ft basement for us when bought our new home last year. We now have a bonus TV room, childrens play area, my office, pool table room, and extra storage room. We couldn't have been happier, or trusted him more. Very genuine, fair, honest guys with good ideas. Always on time, very personable and responsive. We basically just got lucky that we found him. Jeff did a large remodel on our home, which included adding an entire story, remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms, re-doing our deck, adding two custom fireplaces, and so much more. We could not be happier with the result. The project was on-time, on-budget, and the end result was more than we could have even imagined. His keen mind was able to quickly solve every problem that inevitably comes up during large remodels. We hired Kuster Homes & Remodeling for our bathroom remodel and we are so happy with the results!! We love the attention to detail that went into the bathroom and the end result is fantastic. Jeff was so easy to communicate with and always listened to what we wanted. We also chose some very difficult tile for our shower, but everyone worked on it until it was perfect and we could not be happier! Jeff and his crew took my bathroom dream and made it real. From start to finish, Jeff was responsive, sensitive to budget, communicative and helpful. I especially liked the weekly on-site conferences to review progress and discuss options. On the couple of occasions I had questions, Jeff replied to my texts within minutes -- really! He and his crew had everything lined up at the start, so there was no down time. In fact, they finished ahead of schedule. I loved that a cleaning person came at the end to spiff up everything before I moved things back in. It was wonderful to have his crew pick up every night, too. Jeff came back a few days after finishing to make sure everything was perfect and took care of a couple of tiny details. I could not be happier with the work and the experience. I will be calling Jeff for the kitchen remodel in my future. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. His commitment to doing the job perfectly makes him stand apart.

Kuster Homes & Remodeling at a second floor to our house, which gave us a master bedroom & bath and enable us to more fully enjoy our view of Mt Rainier and Puget Sound. Jeff and his team did a great job. Our new living area is just as we had envisioned it. We appreciated very much how Jeff kept the various parts of the project on schedule, quickly dealt with any scheduling issues, and kept us informed of the progress throughout the project. He was easy to reach with questions, and always quick to return phone calls and messages. We would definitely recommend Kuster Homes & Remodeling.

Kuster homes did an outstanding job on our full bathroom model. It was a smooth process from initially choosing tile, fixture and cabinets to finished bathroom. The bathroom is gorgeous! Jeff and his team were timely, courteous, and professional. They stayed on budget and on schedule. We are now saving for a kitchen model; we plan to have Kuster do that remodel as well. This was a no-stress remodel.

Jeff and his folks did a great job painting our home. Color matching was spot on, the work was well planned and they didn't miss a thing.
