Gerry Homes is a Seattle-area residential builder specializing in custom homes, new construction, and significant renovations and additions. Founded in 2014, we work throughout Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, and surrounding Eastside communities. We build for homeowners who care deeply about design, craftsmanship, livability, and the experience of creating a home. Our team works collaboratively with clients, architects, and interior designers to turn thoughtful plans into beautifully executed, highly functional residences. Our approach combines design-minded construction with disciplined project management. Gerry Homes provides experienced construction oversight, vetted trade partners, in-house procurement support, transparent budgeting, and organized communication throughout the build. Clients also have access to Buildertrend for project information, selections, approvals, and documentation. Our portfolio includes ground-up custom homes as well as substantial renovations and additions across some of the Seattle region’s most established neighborhoods and communities.
