Aventine Inc. is an Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in residential and Commercial design, Planning, Construction Management and Real Estate Development. Aventine staff has long professional affiliation and great depth of experience in architectural design ranging from the design of high end residential projects to design-build new construction for private and Federal government clients. Aventine’s owners, Heidi Perham and Jesika Estepanian, have a 15-year history of collaboration, both together and with teaming partners. Our client list consists of private home owners, real estate investors, developers, commercial entities and numerous Federal agencies including the Army Corps of Engineers, The National Guard Bureau and the Architect of the Capitol.
