We hired Joe to updated our kitchen. Great to work with and always accommodating. As usual things don't always go according to plans but Joe was always in communication with us as to the timelines and went over and above to get things done correctly. He even worked until 11 pm to install a kitchen vent unit that originally had arrived dented and he had to come back to install.

In June of 2017, I hired J. Santos Construction to demolish and replace my front stoop and concrete walkway. The budget discussed was $5000 and Joe was able to stay in budget. Estimates that I received from other companies were over $5500. J. Santos construction completed the work in eight weeks. The work would have been completed sooner, but the supplier of the prefabricated stoop was unable to deliver due to the product being on backorder. Joe's professionalism for this job far exceeded my expectations. He was able to build a portico that matched my house to replace the current dilapidated and decaying structure. The installation of the sidewalk was also of the highest quality. Note the before and after pics! I highly recommend J. Santos Construction for any job - big or small!

Joe did an excellent job and saved us a lot of money replacing some of our rotted wooden window sills. He did the job quickly and on time using materials that would hold up to our tough Upstate New York winters and that would be easy maintenance. He also did it in a way so as to not compromise our energy efficient replacement windows that had recently been installed. We found Joe to be extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are very grateful for the excellent quality and affordable job! We recommend him wholeheartedly!

Joe did a beautiful job and saved us thousands installing our new front door, replacing our energy-inefficient double doors. See photo. He was kind enough to do the job before the real cold set in last winter. Joe is extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. My job presented a few unexpected snags - not only did Joe know just how to solve them, but also I had to insist that Joe accept a bit of extra money for the additional labor that was needed. After a bitter cold night our pipes froze in our laundry room which later resulted in some major flooding in both our downstairs laundry room and guest room. I called JF Santos Construction in desperate need of help due to significant water damage. I received an immediate response and work was completed within two weeks of my call. The workers were professional, courteous, trustworthy, and diligent. Not only did the work get completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally, but Joe also installed measures to help future issues from reoccurring. We haven't any frozen pipes since the construction work was done. Joe also helped us work with our insurance company to receive the compensation needed to pay for the work. Joe and his team installed a gas line in our home from the basement to the kitchen. He was very professional and explained in detail what he would be doing before he installed the line. I am always a bit nervous when a gas line is involved, but it was clear he knew what he was doing and did the job right. Really great to work with!

Joe and his team rebuilt our house from the inside out. No real maintenance or renovations had been done on the house in over 30 years. A list of things they gutted and rebuilt for us include: - basement - laundry room - master bathroom - primary bathroom - complete window replacement - deck and fencing - kitchen - entrance way - siding - gutters - stonework - painting - door replacements - locks - camera and floodlight install - exterior trim replacement - mailbox and post installation They take their time and get it right. If something went wrong during the process (as it always will during construction) they came back to fix it without hesitation. The only reason I didn't hire them for more, is that I ran out of things for them to do. As a CNY native who lives in New York Metro, it was good to work with someone who understands construction expectations of people who needs renovations while they are out of town, but who cannot be there every minute to supervise. His team is one you can trust to renovate your house AND be in it when you are not there.

Work was done on a 3 Season Room to turn it into a 4 Season Room, as well as replacing a front window. Both projects exceeded our expectations. All the work was done in a highly professional and courteous manner. I would highly recommend.

This construction company is the only one I would now consider for home repair and remodel. The owner, Joe Santos, is so honest. I had no hesitation to even leave him alone in my home. He has integrity - does what he says he will do, which I find rare in this industry. He goes above and beyond, even doing "extras" without charge. I highly and without reservation recommend J. Jf Santos Construction did a room addition for me. They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and detail minded. Joe communicated well with me throughout the entire project. He had me inspect the work as it progressed and listened to my questions and suggestions as to what I wanted. I made a few changes along the way and he was accomodating and was reasonable in what he charged in light of the changes and added work. I couldn't be happier.
