We’re genuinely disappointed to read this review.

The original scope of work included rough framing, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. During the project, additional items were requested, including drywall, door installation, and bathroom work. Many of these additions were either significantly discounted or completed at little to no additional charge in good faith to keep the project moving forward smoothly. As a courtesy, we also assisted with installing the vanity, installing baseboards, and providing the plumbing for the wet bar at no additional cost.

The project passed all required county inspections and received a Certificate of Occupancy. A final walkthrough was completed and the final balance was paid at that time.

As with many projects where multiple contractors are involved, certain finish items performed by others were outside of our original scope. We always aim to help where we reasonably can, but we are only responsible for the work contracted directly through JMR Home.

After completion, an additional $8,000 discount was requested that was not part of our agreement. While we always try to be flexible and solution-oriented, we were unable to agree to that request.

Even after the review was posted, we reached out privately offering a refund or additional complimentary work in an effort to resolve matters amicably. We remain open to constructive and reasonable discussion.
