John and Mike worked with us over a couple of years to refresh our home and completely remodel our kitchen. We always enjoyed having them and their subs in our home. He managed his subs well. John is good with communication, be it bad news or good. Remodeling always has surprises and disappointments: John is direct, professional and positive, a "say what you mean, do what you say" guy. We have hired John Runyan Homes to undertake several significant home improvement projects over a period of years. Those projects have included: significant improvements to our garage, construction of an outbuilding, oversight of roofing and ventilation for our home, addition of egress windows, a main-floor bathroom remodel, among others. John is a true professional. He and his crew are timely, cordial, talented and hard working. The projects they have undertaken for us have been completed on time and on or below budget.
