Excellent guy and excellent home builder. We bought our home mid build which was a bit complicated, but his service to us was as wonderful, detailed and professional as the original owner. For a full year anytime we needed a repair, Jeff quickly sent out a professional contractor. We would absolutely recommend JS Cole to anyone looking to build or remodel!

We stumbled onto our house in drywall - It was going to be a spec home for JS Homes. Jeff paused construction and was patient as we pulled in a designer to help with the finishes. In the middle of a kitchen remodel and related on a 1952 house with few upgrades since then. HH is very easy to work with: Communicates in timely manner, hires respectful subs, is responsive with issues, provides recommendations, and so far good work and coordination. Estimate completion in August.

Helping Hands did a wonderful job, in budget, on time, and with outstanding professionalism on a bathroom remodel for our church. Jeff helped with the planning and budget development which was very helpful. In addition, Helping Hands did a great job of oversight on a carpet install in the Fellowship Dining area. Jeff did a complete basement finish in our large open basement. He did a wonderful job. Details were exact, quality was excellent, and his knowledge about how to enclosed vent pipes, water pipes, and other ceiling issues was very professional. Jeff has an excellent attitude and he knows construction. His attention to job quality is excellent. He was in charge of the job from start to finish.
