My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Madisyn is Amazing!! Recently I purchased new construction and needed new vision and ideas. Madisyn made that process easy and less stressful. At first, we hired her to design and decorate two rooms. After seeing her work , she is now designing our whole main level. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and I look forward to continuing our work together.

I am a senior and Madisyn designed my bathroom. Her team did excellent work on my remodel. She thought about my needs being senior. She converted my bath tub into a shower. I am no longer worried about falls. I like the vanity chosen because it affords me additional storage. The flooring choice was really great and it transitions well with my flooring though out my home. I love the finishing touches after it was remodeled. Thank you Madisyn for a job well down. I am looking forward to her remodeling my guest bathroom.

JuVone Development Studio was very professional and very detailed when she staged my home. I have been struggling to decorate it since moving in however she got the job quickly to meet my satisfaction. I definitely will be using her again and also I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to stage a home!

Loved working with Madisyn from design to implementation. She staged my 3 bedroom Airbnb and it has been consistently booked. All of my requirements for what I wanted in the space were met. This comapny is AMAZING! I hired JuVons Development Studio to stage my home because it had been sitting on the market for 4 months with very little foot traffic. Her team came in to design my home and my place recieved an offer in 2 weeks!!! She is professional, honest and punctual! For that reason, I will be using her again! Not to mention, her level of expertise is a cut above the rest.
