Kadie has empowered me to have a close, intimate relationship with my home. From the design to the implementation, I have found Kadie to be creative, kind and amazing with follow through. She's the real deal!

Kadie is an extremely pleasant to work with. She captures scale and dimensions well and has a very creative sense of design. Kadie takes a very ‘hands on’ approach and is very organized. We’re grateful we were introduced to her and are very happy with her work.

We moved to Sparks from the Midwest and knew no one in the area. Kadie was recommended to us. We had bought a 5,800 square foot house which needed a lot of upgrading. I was a CPA for years and recently retired. Decorating a house was not my strength. What we needed was someone who had great ideas, and knew who to call to get things done at a reasonable price (contractors included a painter, carpet layer, mason worker, electrician, plumber and handyman). Kadie was the perfect fit for us. She took the time to understand what we were looking to do, and came up with terrific ideas. These included putting stone and a mural in a lower level bath so that it feels like a French vineyard countryside, adding a porcupine mirror to an accent area, putting a backlit onyx area above a corner fireplace, and adding stone on a large foyer wall. I wanted some color to brighten the house, and Kadie suggested with some nice pieces that worked perfect. Our project was probably larger than most. The coordination that was needed was considerable. Kadie was on top of everything the entire time. Besides her design talent, one of the things I appreciated most was her knowledge of how to get things done and which contractors to hire. Throughout the project, Kadie made good suggestions, let us make a decision, then coordinated the work, usually handling the purchase of the items for us. She made the experience as easy as it could have been, and assumed the role of project manager. I highly recommend her.

Kadie decorated my entire house, starting with my kitchen/family room area. I was so impressed I hired her, a year later, for a full demolition of my upstairs master bedroom/bathroom. She has a great eye for color, texture and design. She is a true professional who has a great imagination. She is very respectful of your budget and time. If contractors are needed, she deals with them one on one, not the client. The workspace was always clean and Kadie was on-site whenever needed. Kadie gets to know her clients taste as well as their likes and dislikes. I would highly recommend Kadie as an Interior Decorator. You will be overwhelmed with the results.

Kadie and her team were amazing to work with. She transformed a rundown building into a showcase salon that reflects the surrounding Midtown vibe. We hired KDesign when we were moving into our home in Sparks, Nevada. We moved here from Novi, Michigan. We had bought the house in 2010 and rented it out for 4 years until we moved in on May 1, 2014. The house needed a "refreshing" overhaul. KDesign helped us pick out new colors for all the walls of the 5,600 square foot home, new carpeting, art work, furniture, etc. It was really a complete home design project. KDesign even helped us with new flooring and storage options in our garage. They oversaw lots of projects, such as a stone wall in our dining room and a vignette in a small bathroom downstairs that involved stone walls, a mural and some hand-painted work. We completely changed the mirrors and lighting in our master bath, had a large piece of onyx installed over the fireplace in our master bedroom with back-lighting, changed all the window coverings in the house. There is not a single room in this house that was not "touched" by KDesign. All the contractors that KDesign hired for projects were professional and got their work done on time. If we did have a problem, KDesign was there to make things right with appropriate solutions. We are very happy and proud of our home, thanks to a large extent to KDesign's input and hard work. If we ever need a designer in the future we will be sure to hire KDesign again.
