We remodeled the kitchen in our 110 year old home. Kaja's design was perfect for our space, and the execution by Ken was excellent. The cost estimation process was fair and accurate, and the plans well thought through. The result was a beautiful kitchen that came in exactly to budget. KG will offer a complete solution with a warranty, and total ownership of the project end-to-end.

We had a 3 car garage added to the house, added a front cobble stone walk, widened the driveway, replaced the roof and upgraded one bathroom. Workman ship was excellent. Design work was extraordinary. Attention to details good. They handled all permits and inspections to a 10. Well worth the monies.

I hired Kaja Gam to be a project manager and designer for a new commercial kitchen and restaurant build out project. Her professionalism, knowledge, diligence, creative flair, and design (both soft and hard materials) allowed the project to be on budget, on time and beautiful. I receive comments daily from customers for the space's design, look and feel. Kaja shares information and explains the process step by step. She worked with the contractor well, while extending herself beyond the original scope of the project.

We hired Kaja Gam Design to undertake two large projects running in parallel. The first was to fully replace our kitchen and the second, to renovate our basement. Kaja & Ken did a fantastic job on both tasks and we are more than happy to recommend KGD. Kaja supported us through the full design process helping us select kitchen cabinets and using her contacts to secure best prices for products and appliances. She understood our tastes and aligned the designs accordingly. Ken is the building part of the partnership and regularly went above and beyond often suggesting alternative approaches to resolve issues as they arose. Our basement was a major job requiring digging the floor out, replacement of our 1st floor heating and fully gutting & refurbishing 1500 sq ft to create a TV lounge, Pool Table area, Bar, Gym and Wine Cellar. Ken and his team completed this whilst also fitting the kitchen and completed all work to a high standard, on time and pretty much on budget. Its been a pleasure working with KGD and we fully recommend them.

We hired Kaja Gam Design and KGHome for a design/remodel of two original bathrooms in our 1963 Colonial. One half of the project turned a powder room into a full bath with a walk-in shower, without losing storage space for the master bedroom. Kaja worked closely with us to design a room that used every inch of available space. There was very careful budgeting during the design phase, and final costs closely tracked our budget. We are thrilled with the final product and would use these professionals again.

I have worked for several years with Kaja Gam Design and KGHome and only have WONDERFUL reviews. The latest project was for our vacation home in Maine. Kaja did a wonderful job of selecting painting colors for several rooms, redesigning the Master Bedroom and lower level. Her imagination his such a gift.

I worked closely with Kaja and Ken as they renovated my son and daughter-in-law's home. They redesigned the kitchen and dining area, put in a new kitchen, updated the rec room and basement, chose carpets, blinds, refinished wood floors and painted thruout. I have personally moved 10 times over the last 30 years and worked with dozens of designers and contractors. Without hesitation, I can say they are the most professional company I have ever worked with. They take total ownership of the project trying to give the best possible result, while respecting the budget and priorities. The quality of their work is excellent, Kaja has fabulous taste, and the workmen on the job are top notch. When they would see something in the house that they thought needed to be changed or updated they would mention, only to help get the home in the best possible shape. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I know they will continue to enhance the home in years to come. They are already like part of the family!

Kaja and Ken did extensive remodeling on our house 7 years ago, which included a new expanded kitchen, mud room, powder room, media room and a bumped out room on the second floor. To this day, people gasp when they enter our kitchen. It is one of the most striking that anyone has seen. It has a clean, timeless look that will "age" very well. They continue to be our "go-to" firm for additional house work. Since the initial project, they have renovated our dining and living rooms. We have an older, 1910 home that has its quirks and also its own character. Kaja and Ken respect the "hand made" quality of our home and their work only adds to its charms. This fall, we discovered pocket doors in the entry ways between our entry hall and the living room and the dining room that had been enclosed, probably in the '60's. They refinished the doors and made them functional, adding tremendously to our home. Ken and his crew were incredibly skillful in this work, and Kaja's taste is spot on. Can't recommend them more highly.

The husband and wife team of designer and contractor Kaja and Ken turned our basement from concrete, insulation and columns into a highly functional yet high style family space. The project went smoothly from the initial proposal to the final payment. It was pleasure and virtually stress free to undertake such a large renovation with them.
