There is hardly a day that goes by that my husband and I don’t say to each other, “I can’t believe we get to live here.” We feel so incredibly lucky to call Rosa Blanca by Minima Homes our home. It truly is our dream house in ways we couldn’t have even imagined. From our very first walkthrough, it was obvious how much care went into the design and build of the house. Every detail feels intentional, not just aesthetically, but in the way the home actually functions and feels to live in. You could tell right away that this wasn’t just another project to them, and that same sense of care has continued in the way they’ve handled any issues or warranty items that have come up. Everyone we’ve worked with at Minima has been kind, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. Whenever we’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to communicate, follow through, and make sure it gets taken care of. We are in love with our home and couldn’t recommend Minima Homes more highly.

The Minima team has wowed me from day one. The core team all came to my current house for an initial meeting, even before I formally engaged them, and right away I saw the passion and care they have for their projects and their clients. Since then, we've hit the ground running and are on schedule to demo and build a dream home on my lot -- with weekly updates, clear next steps after every meeting, and responsive, clear answers whenever I've had a question. I came in with a specific aesthetic in mind -- more edited and modern than a typical farmhouse look. The team not only translated that into a real, buildable design without losing what made it feel personal, but elevated it with their expert sense of aesthetic and function. The technical depth behind their design work is also amazing. When I ask pointed questions around the building process and design, I get real answers, explanations, and guidance. They've consistently been respectful of my goals and budget while making sure I understand cost and quality considerations behind each decision. It's hard to keep a home build stress-free, let alone exciting. The Minima team has managed both and made the process so enjoyable. Much of that comes down to how wonderful the team is to work with. I so enjoy my meetings with each of them, and I can feel their excitement and care for both me and the project. Their genuine design sensibility, paired with people who understand how to build quality, special homes, has made this such an awesome experience. I could not be happier with my decision!
