Kemppel Homes is an amazing company to work with! Their attention to detail and care for all parts of the process is a breath of fresh air in a time where "good enough" is the motto of the day. I appreciate Stephanie, Amber and their team to communicate effectively throughout projects.

Building a house is a very intimidating process, but Stephanie, at Kemppel Homes, helped make it one of the easiest and exciting decisions I’ve made. Stephanie, Nannette and Amber have wonderful taste. They make it seem so simple to make some of the biggest, lifelong decisions, in ur new home. They comforted me, when I wasn’t quite sure of our decisions and were more than willing to make changes, no matter how last minute, or already installed, for that fact. Their promptness responding to questions or concerns was huge, for me. I’m proud of my beautiful home, and excited to have new visitors who haven’t seen it. I’ve heard nothing but compliments and would recommend Kemppel to anyone. In fact, l’m working with the team again to install a bar in my kitchen.

A great quality custom homes builder. Very friendly people who answer your questions very quickly. They have nice floorplans and very useful features in their homes. I've talked to other home builders and did not receive as good as an experience as I did with them as I did with Kemppel. If you're in Northeast Ohio Kemppel is the way to go regardless!!! What can I say? When you buy a new house, no matter what, things go wrong with new construction. What separates this company from others is the speed and manner that problems are address--which is immediate and with kindness. Truly a pleasure to work with Stephanie at Kemppel who I now consider a friend. At every juncture she went out of her way to be helpful always reassuring us about what we were doing and giving us all viable options. While buying/building a new house is always stressful, I cannot imagine a more pleasant and enjoyable process. I would recommend friends and family to choose the builder for new construction--they are trustworthy, fair and always answer your questions immediately, a rarity in modern business.

We've been in our Kemppel home for 4+ years now and it looks just as nice as it did on day 1. Not only are Stephanie and her team courteous and professional, but they build quality homes! When minor issues arise, they're quick to accommodate our needs and remain a great partner, even years later. We had the pleasure of designing and building our custom home with Kemppel. After the first meeting, we knew Kemppel was the builder for us. Having never done a ground-up home build before, although we have moved a fair number of times, we were more than a bit anxious about the entire new home process. But after living in our old home for over 15 years, and searching the existing home market for several years we partnered with Kemppel Builders for this next phase of our lives. We think perhaps Kemppel’s strongest area is their great sense of guidance - when to jump in and help when needed, and when to stay out and let the homeowners go their way. Their subs and suppliers join in this effort as well, so the whole team helps deliver a great home. One of the better examples in our case came up when the kitchen granite we’d pre-selected became unavailable at a time we were out of town. After the initial panic, options were quickly developed, choices narrowed, and a replacement chosen that ultimately worked out better than the original! Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased - we’ve ended up with a beautiful new home that truly fits what we wanted. Excellent company for building a Custom Homes. The staff is very attentive to their buyers needs and they pay very close attention to details. The administrative back office is professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a true customer builder I would consider Kemppel Homes and ask for Amber!!
