Not only is Kathleen intuitive and artistic, she is professional and very easy to work with. Her suggestions and eye for just the right look completely transformed our home. During the remodeling process she worked closely with us to ensure our paint colors, tile, and flooring selections would enhance the home. She also went above and beyond in assisting our contractor with tile selection when last minute water damage necessitated a new front porch. Our house sold in 4 days with multiple offers and I attribute that largely to the presentation of the home. Kathleen created a warm and welcoming look that was spot on current and stylish. While showing the home, many realtors commented that the quality of her work far exceeds those of other designers. Unlike other stagers her primary goal is to see your home, not her furnishings. She is not the least expensive but well worth every penny we paid her. You will not be disappointed!

Kathleen Garito is fabulous...incredibly talented. Working with her was my first experience working with a designer. She totally understood the look I was going for and made it happen. She brought to the table ideas I would've never thought of or considered even though I had an idea of what I wanted. Kathleen and her team staged a listing of mine. She really used the space to our benefit and made what was a floorplan with issues very useable. The home sold so quickly and I credit the staging to making that happen. They were very professional in their use of PPE and kept everything very clean . I highly recommend her services.

Five stars are not enough for Kathleen and her staff! As a homeowner and also a realtor, I have worked with Kathleen on home staging and also design for a complete remodel of our own home. On both aspects she was the consummate professional with an excellent eye for color, design, and innovation. The remodel project was a total remodel of the whole house (even interior wall removals). When I couldn't see the end result in my mind's eye, she helped me see it. She worked with the contractors on the smallest detail to ensure the project turned out just right. In the process she saved us both time and money. We love our "new" home! There is no doubt we will use Kathleen again and will wholeheartedly recommend her to both friends and clients.

I've hired Kathy for setting a staging arrangement for homes for sale, using the homeowner's existing pieces. I've used her for my own home and clients. Kathy is magical in her communication and ideas. She has a particular way of letting a homeowner know what to keep, arrange, or let go of or change, with a positive demeanor and a comfortable interaction, working within budgets, and providing referrals for additional outside contractors that also provided excellent service. She is professional and responsive. I would continue to use her and highly recommend transforming spaces when preparing homes for the market.
