My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

King Custom Homes is owned and operated by Michael King, a life long resident of Bryan/College Station. A graduate of A&M Consolidated '01 and Sam Houston State University with a major in Construction Management. After graduating, Michael worked for a few different local builders where he learned hands on, every aspect of the building process and learned each part of home building. In 2011 he worked for a large nation wide builder for 3 years before deciding to start building on his own. During that time he got married to his wife Christian and started their family. They now have 3 wonderful boys Tyler, Hudson, and Cooper. Family is what inspires and motivates Michael every day.

We purchased our home as a spec home, therefore, we had very little input on construction. However, those items that we were able to request from Michael were handled very professionally. Small things that we were able to point out after we moved in, he was very receptive to and very gracious about taking care of our concerns. We have received numerous compliments on or home.
