We had Hadley-Irvine complete a main floor renovation in our Bungalow. We removed a wall, had bedroom walls insulated, flooring replaced throughout and a new kitchen installed. We are delighted with the work they carried out. We were kept informed all the way along the project, they were flexible with ideas we had along the way and the quality of the work is brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff and Kirk for your project and we will be using them again in the future.

We have worked with several contractors over 3 houses and several decades but Hadley-Irvine General Contracting is by far the best firm we have dealt with. During the summer of 2019 they built a new garage / workshop for us, on budget and just slightly behind schedule due to a lot of spring rain. They outlined the project in detail with an easy to understand and well-laid out agreement. From the time they broke ground for the foundation through to final inspection there were no surprises. Kirk kept us updated on what came next and always emailed us the day before any tradespeople arrived. The sub trades that they used all did quality work and kept the worksite very clean. I’m fairly handy and familiar with building methods so I checked out each phase after completion. Rarely could I find something to fault and usually I was nit-picking. And anything I pointed out was not forgotten and was usually fixed within days of it being pointed out. I would recommend Hadley-Irvine without hesitation and we have a few more projects that we plan to have completed by them in 2020. Awesome service from quality professionals with a real attention to detail.

Jeff and Kirk have done two projects for us to date. We are thrilled with all the work they have done for us. 1. The communicate clearly, promptly, and frequently. 2. Excellent workmanship - they do everything with care and precision 3. The worksite is always kept very clean and tidy. 4. They are always willing to provide suggestions and ideas - including ones that will save the homeowner money We will be hiring Kirk and Jeff for all of our future projects and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Jeff and Kirk have done many projects at our house in the past. This particular time it was our kitchen backsplash and laundry room. As always they did a wonderful job. For the laundry room, the guys installed a laundry sink/cabinet and backsplash. Since the guys do quality work, they had a licensed plumber handle all plumbing. A electrical outlet needed to be moved. Normally they use a licensed electrician do the larger jobs but this time they did the electrical work themselves. In the areas they were working, the guys lay drop cloths down and they vacuum up the area at the end of the day. Hadley-Irvine may not be inexpensive but they will give you quality work with a warranty.

We have used Hadley-Irvine for 2 large renovations in our home and we would use them again without hesitation. They are honest and trustworthy and their care for our home and craftsmanship is second to none. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We had a great experience with Hadley-Irvine for our bathroom reno. It was a small remo involving replacing our tub with a shower and some re-tiling etc. They did an excellent job and kept to the budget! Right from the start, they were extremely professional. They turned up on time, kept us informed at all stages and worked quickly and efficiently. It was easy having Jeff and his team in our home; they were polite and considerate at all times. We would definitely hire them again for future renovations.

Worst contractors i’ve ever met. Quote was ok, final bill was twice the estimate. The shower pan is now leaking, and the ceiling they also redid it’s under is about to collapse. For what they did, and what it cost, stay away from them.

Kirk & Jeff are real professionals. What I loved was the contract that they drew up in details of the work that was entailed also showing when payments were due in stages to the completion of the work project. Along with Cory and Lucas they did an amazing job on our deck. They were courteous, respectful and very hard working individuals. Our main concern on this project was to do with the safe construction of our walk out deck from the kitchen, approximately 12 feet high. They explained with no doubt on how it was going to be built and impressed me with the abundance of knowledge and experience that they both shared. The team met all of our expectations and their workmanship is flawless. The project was completed in about 4 to 5 days with not one piece of scrap lying around anywhere to be seen. I will be highly recommending them to my family, friends and neighbors. We thank them for the job that was so well done. It was a pleasure doing business with them all and we wish them all good health, success and all the very best!

We hired Hadley-Irvine General Contractors build/install an entertainment centre and a fireplace mantle for our living room. We also had them finish our basement which included building a large (gorgeous) bar. Both of these projects went smoothly, according to schedule, and stuck to our budget. We HIGHLY recommend them, for projects big and small.

I hired Hadley-Irvine GC LTD to build a deck, staircase and a landing below an existing deck. The quality and attention to detail were impeccable; often overlooked, cleanliness was fantastic too. They kept a tidy work area, took time to ensure that aesthetically and functionally everything was done correctly and safely. The minor details are always noticed when we have guests: trim around the landing, risers on the steps, even boards against the fence. We will be hiring them again.

Jeff and Kirk are true professionals. We were extremely satisfied with the work they did on our home. They are meticulous in their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The job site was always left clean at the end of each day. Deadlines were either met or ahead of schedule. Any trades that they brought in to do work were equally professional and excellent at their trade. The quotes they provided prior to commencement of the project were accurate and the only additional costs were ones that we requested. I would highly recommend them as general contractors. Our experience was the opposite of what you generally hear about renovation experiences!

What a great experience working with this company, they were able to take on this bathroom/ closet makeover on short notice as an opening presented itself in their busy schedule. The job was completed on time as scheduled on budget and reasonably priced for the quality of workmanship, they genuinely care about your investment. I am already planning the next reno (full basement) and Hadley Irvine has the job!!
