“We had our basement finished about 2 years back and have used them a few time after. They are very professional in all their work, they make sure to minimize destruction to your house and keep it very clean and the craftsmanship is done very well. Kirk is a licensed carpenter, so he is very detail oriented. I really liked that they made sure we understood and accepted the quotes before moving forward.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We had a small project of moving a bathroom doorway to an adjacent wall in an already professionally finished space. Like any job, decisions would need to be made along the way which I was involved in. I was impressed by the care Alex and Kyle both took to explain and ensure every detail was done to perfection, never making shortcuts. I look for and appreciate high end quality and when I saw their website and reviewed the customer feedback I knew they were the right contractor. Still though with small jobs, you never know how much commitment and effort a contractor will put in. That was not the case here, the finished work was excellent in every detail down to how they left the site each day and at end of job. To find people that care about their work is a gem. Even my dog was a huge fan and couldn’t get enough of the when they arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Kowalski Konstruction and in fact will call again for a much larger project in a new home we are planning to build.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“My Wife and I had Alair homes do a complete renovation on our main floor in a new home we purchased. Their team was amazing to deal with. They kept on budget and stuck to their time line. All of our requests were met with no issues. We had young children at the time and they worked to make sure the house stayed as a safe environment for them during the renovation. She completed a total gut of my 1250 square foot condo and a complete gut of a 2400 square foot house and they turned out spectacular.”
