I hired Jim and team to replace my kitchen and bath countertops recently and they did an impressive job; not only was the quality of work exceptional but the service was too. They were on-time and treated everyone with dignity. If I had an issue, it was immediately resolved in a friendly manner with no blame placed. I can't recommend them enough!! BONUS: They came up with an integrated, custom solution for the area below my tv that hid my cords and devices and also matched the kitchen and bath countertops. Impeccable work!

Jim and his team did a "to the studs" remodel of my master bathroom. I am so thrilled with the result. I tend to be a perfectionist, and Jim is too. He was even more particular about having things done right than I was. When you hug your contractor at the end of the job, you know it was a good experience. I had definite ideas about what I wanted, and Jim patiently guided me and worked with me to reach the best design solution. Working with someone who has so much experience was a huge comfort. We hired this firm to do a total remodel of our master bath. The design concept was outstanding. They truly listened to what we wanted and what we didn't. We were provided a book with pictures, bios, phone numbers, and web sites of all their subcontractors, along with a schedule from demo to final inspection. Work was outstanding, and the courtesy and professionalism of all the crews was great. We really appreciated the "broom swept clean" that was done at the end of each day of the remodel. Project on time, on budget, and we are most pleased with our new master bath.

We used Kitchen and Bath Concepts to remodel our Master Bathroom. Jim Melloy was exceptional to work with and we successfully selected all of the material needed to complete our remodeling through Jim. We were provided with a book which had a resume and picture of each sub-contractor that would be entering our home. We found, without exception, everyone of the contractors to be courteous and meticulous with their work. Jim continuosly stopped in to check on the progress of the project and to ensure everything was being completed according to plan and on schedule. Our remodeling was completed in the time frame committed to and the finished project is fantastic.

We completed our bathroom project at the end of 2016. It is the gray and white bathroom featured on the KBC website and in Houzz. There are always many decisions to be made when remodeling. KBC was there to help at every step of the process. There "in store" product selection makes it easy. Although I ventured out to look at other products I ended up choosing everything from the KBC samples. The workmanship is impeccable and the contractors top notch. Jim (owner) was not happy unless we were. The whole project took 6 weeks and we were not inconvenienced. Over all we are very happy with the end result and I would recommend KBC.

Our kitchen project was a total renovation of design and appliances. Our cabinets were in good shape so we were able to paint and glaze them. The expertise in design and attention to detail resulted in the kitchen of our dreams. We used this company again for a master bath renovation and were very happy with that project as well.

The contractors used by K&BC were top notch. Each one had the specific skill set we needed to do the job right and move the project forward. They have all worked together in other projects so that was a bonus. They were right about the benefits of many of the 'extras' we added. Very happy and satisfied with the end result and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Everything about our experience was great. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave good guidance in product selection. At the beginning you were given a booklet with the schedule for workmen to appear, as well as a picture of each workman. They were all on time, skilled, and pleasant to have in your home. We could not have been more pleased.

I have worked with Kitchen & Bath Concepts on three different homes. Remodeling 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, laundry room and cabinets in my garage. They are very professional, easy to work with, very knowledgeable on all aspects, helps with design, materials, color and always makes sure you are happy with results.
